I sent an item back as instructed and was supposed to get a replacement item sent within 2 days. Empty promises. After almost a month and numerous calls I am given the same mumbo jumbo how it is stuck in shipping, and they can't refund. When I say stuck in shipping means they never even shipped the item. It's in their warehouse.
I've had to dispute payment with my credit card company in hopes of getting my money back. Never shopping there again.
I WAS a customer, but due to organ failure, I'm retaining fluid & everything is swollen, including my feet.
I'm not the only one in this boat. Shoe Carnival does NOT seem to carry decent shoes like Skechers in the WIDE width people like me need. I guess they don't WANT to have us as customers.
It's been a month I still dont have the shoes they screwed it up so bad and I dont even see how it is possible, to lose half of an order. I will never order anything from them
Black Friday online purchase: Regulars at$99.99 & $69.99. Tommy Hilfiger, a complete NO! Solanz, a quick stitch from China. Free returns only in store. EXTRA $6 to return shoes you CAN NOT WEAR.
Gots uggs from there, apparently the inner fur is faux, which the shoecarnival didn't mention on the product page conveniently.
Plus you have to pay for your own shipping, then also you have to print the label out and then on top of that go somewhere to actually ship the return.
I don't recommend this store, they might be selling fake goods (judging from the low price and the faux fur fiasco), overall not a good shopping experience.
My name is Michael McNally and I recently purchased 2 pairs of Sperry Top Siders at your Vero Beach Store. I thought I needed 11W and The Store Manager who's name is Chris said he would ship them to me. When I got home I realized I had a pair of 11m which fit perfectly. I called the store and Chris told me to return them and he would send me 2 pairs of 11M. This was completely my fault and I told him so. I sincerely appreciate his customer service and will never buy a pair of shoes that don't come from Shoe Carnival.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes at 2 different times never received, had to wait for a reship we got the first pair but still never had the second pair

Ordered 2 pairs of Puma sneakers on the 3rd of June. Here it is the 6th, just 3 days later and I have my sneakers. Perfect fit, great look, comfort and most of all, IT FITS! Definitely have my family and I business.
I ordered two pair of sneakers May 21st, but havnt recieved either one yet. I received an email stating that I would get one pair May 27th then the other June 2nd. When I check the status, it states the post office has recieved the prshipment info and in awaiting the product. I can not get anyone on the phone. I will never again order from them!
Now I am a long time shopper with Shoe Carnival since my now 16 year old was a baby. I usually go into the store but because of Covid I can't. My daughter needed shoes for her grandfather's funeral so obviously Shoe Carnival is my go to. Well not any more. I placed an order online to have it shipped to me on Friday (5/8/2020) only to wake up Saturday morning to an email that my order was cancelled. I contact customer service and after waiting over an hour to speak to a representative I was told there was something wrong with my billing address and to place the order again. Checking the credit card that I used for the purchase I see a purchase hold on my account for Shoe Carnival so now they want me to put another hold on my card to repurchase the same shoe. I instead choose to use another card and the customer service rep put the order in on her side and also knocked off a few dollars for my inconvenience (smart woman because this is how you keep a customer coming back). Then I wake up this fine Mother's Day (5/10) to yet another email saying my order was cancelled AGAIN. I immediately call customer service again that was answered alot quicker this time and told there was something wrong with my credit cards billing address. I informed the rep that It was not possible and that I had a previous order cancelled Yada, Yada. She places me on hold for about 30 min with the occasional check in after being on hold for so many minutes and then tells me that the reason my orders are being cancelled is due to an error in their system that have now been fixed and "I should not have any problems going forward when replacing my order again." I explain that now I have two Shoe Carnival purchase holds on two separate credit cards and now they just want me to place a third order because of their error. I then asked to speak to a supervisor only for her to tell me before she transfers me that the supervisor is going to tell me the same thing. Once transferred sure enough I was told the same thing and it was implied that I need to enter the correct billing info associated with my credit card at this point I let her have it and told her I would not be placing another order online that I have no trust in and would no longer be shopping at their stores. DON'T EVER SHOP HERE AS THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE PROPER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS AND APPROPRIATELY COMPENSATE THEIR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF IT!
I really wanted comfortable running shoes and they have good selection of brand name footwear, the quality is good, service was polite and fast shipping!
We buy shoes here for the whole family and are very satisfied with the quality and prices. Had good experience in both online and local stores.
An IRRITATING NON WORKING website! The SOB's have a TEASE contest that all of a sudden are they blocking me, denying acceptance of entry and/or punishment! I faked those SOBs out the second day by using a different internet connection, but the third day of trying to enter, I was denied AGAIN! THREE f!@#$%^&*ing days now I have been trying to enter their tease contest AND I CAN'T! It's a NON WORKING F!@#$%^&*ed up website that CAN'T and WON'T stay working 24/7! It's irritating and down right cruel! These SOBs do NOT belong on the web! STAY AWAY FROM SHOECARNIVAL.com! Unless you want to get enraged to the point of destruction!
I love this store. They have the best sales on shoes and you can buy them easily online (where shipping is free on most shoes) or in your local store. Earn points to redeem for discounts. I have been a member since the beginning.
Great selection on shoes! Never had any problems. Wish they ran more promotions. I'll keep buying because I love shoes!
