Shoebacca

I looked for these shoes online and Shoebacca had the best deal by far, even better than Amazon which surprised me. My shoes arrived within three or four days perfectly packaged. I am very happy with my purchase and am now fan of this website and will continue to buy my shoes from them.

Product is great, it came two days early. Everything was perfect except no fault of Shoebacca the Postal service left the package on the road by the mailbox. I'm lucky a neighbor saw it and picked it up, but super impressed with the ease of ordering and really fast shipping. Next time I'll use my PO BOX for shipping. I'll be ordering again.

I purchased some shoes for my son and they were too small. He could barely walk in a circle before I had to take them off. I sent an exchange request and they sent me a label. Weeks later I followed up due to no response from them. They advised me that there was wear on the shoes - that they were keeping them and charging me a 50% restocking fee! I demanded pictures and they did show a little rubber rolled on the edge (with an incredibly magnified camera) but nothing that would rate as worn. I AM LIVID and my son is now without shoes. Is this some sort of scam?

Fast delivery... I received my sneakers days before the expected delivery. Sneakers were exactly what I ordered. Tho one pair was too small, the representative walked me through how to return them. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Great experience. I was looking for the vegan Adidas Continentals and they were on of the only shops (including Adidas' website) that had them. I almost thought it was too good to be true because the price was ridiculously low. Lo and behold, I received the product I ordered in perfect (read new) shape quickly and with lots of helpful notifications about the shipping info. Can't complain about a single thing. Keep up the good work.

Both times I've placed an order, I've been extremely satisfied. The free shipping is super quick, which I love. The prices are unreal. I dont plan to buy shoes from anywhere else, now that I know about Shoebacca.

I needed sport material shirts for camp and I bought four during a sale for only $38! That's under $10 each shirt! I got it really quickly in the mail and they were perfect a little long but that's not an issue and they had original shopping tags on them and all the shirts originally cost over $26, one was even $42! Yet I got them for 9 something. Still boggles my mind

I've always worn asics but for some reason this model was the best yet. I am on my feet all day then work as a trainer and exercise in the evenings. Highly recommend this shoe and this website. I will be back

Everything was fine until they arrived. I wanted brown and somehow ordered black. Then when I went to search for black found the same shoes on Hush Puppy's website for $30 less. Now I'm contemplating returning these and buying from Hush Puppy.

Had a horrible experience with this company. Ordered shoes on 6/2/2016 and get message saying order is out for deliver with no tracking number... Had to call in 2 weeks later only to find out they should have arrived on 6/7/2016... Disputed the charge through Paypal and was denied a claim because they were able to provide tracking that was never provided to me in the first place. So much time and wasted energy on calls with paypal and USPS all for nothing. No shoes and stuck with paying the bill. Will never deal with these scumbags again...

I purchased a pair of shoes, returned them since their sizes run too big. It has been 30 days since UPS confirmed delivery back to the warehouse - I have NO refund. I have tried to call and email, all I get are lies. Give us another 3-5 days, they say. I paid almost $100 for my shoes and I have nothing in return. I cannot speak to a "manager" as no one will give me a name or person to speak too. Horrible company - do not buy shoes through them!

First time shopping at Shoebacca, but won't be the last. Really quick delivery and no surprises (which I like). I have been looking for this particular shoe and stumbled on the site. I'll be exploring more options with Shoebacca as a result of my first experience.

You guys are awesome. Your website is clean and easy to navigate. Free shipping. Plenty of choices. Great photos of the shoes with multiple angles. And you always have a 10% code to take knock off the taxes. Unfortunately, if a shoe is under 50$ you charge a "restocking fee". So, I lost money on the fact that the shoes were ill fitting. I won't be ordering from you guys again. Sorry

I had a really great experience with this company. I read some questionable reviews before purchasing so I was skeptical. When I made my purchase on the site, there was some kind of technical issue so I ended up ordering twice without realizing it. Then I went to ebay and ordered through them as the middle guy (the merch still came from shoebacca) When I realized what had happened, I called shoebacca and explained. They immediately refunded the 2 charges and cancelled the orders. I got through to speak to a human right away. It was good. Then I got the shoes I had ordered on ebay and they were hideous (my fault. I dont know what i was thinking), so I returned them. Shoebacca paid the return shipping and refunded the money right away. I never write reviews, but I wanted to write this one because I was really surprised by their good business practices. So, If you dont order disgusting looking wrestling shoes like I did, you should be good to go with these guys.

Overall, I am happy with the goalie gloves that I ordered for my son. However, I was a bit disappointed in the fact that. I received my "free gift" charging bank separately and advised my complete order had been delivered. I was not advised that there were two separate orders. When I called Shoebacca the customer service reps were very nice and helpful but had no idea where the second package was or if it even shipped and had to open an investigation. Ironically two days later the second package arrived.
