Fantastic customer service and quality products at a great price! We have been extremely satisfied with the products that have arrived and will be ordering from here again for all of our future needs.

They will gladly take your payment. My order is now three weeks old still do not have my items. Emailed a week ago and asked for a refund, they claim it was too late but item has still not shipped. Never again will I purchase from these folks.

Shoes arrived promptly, didn't fit, called to ask about return policy, was told they would e-mail a return authorization... two days later nothing has arrived. Do not offer replacement (all I want is two pairs one size larger) and insist I must return for refund. Not user friendly

Ordered shoes direct from site on 11/11/14, this process was easy. However am still waiting for delivery. Email sent to say my item will be delivered by Ups as I am a UK resident. Am getting a run around for this item, shoebacca say contact I parcel, I parcel
State check with merchant as they have request for shipping but no item.
Don't order from here customer service is next to rubbish. Am still waiting and not even decency to say if item out of stock. It wad in stock when ordered.

I found a pair of Puma basketball shoes in my favorite color for $45 and free shipping. Half off! So I bought them and with tax it came out to be just under $50 and my shoes were at my door step 3 days later as promised. Wow.

I ordered the wrong running shoe size that failed to qualify for a free return shipping label, but customer service rep Amanda reviewed the order and immediately -- no questions asked -- emailed the shipping label. She also presented two options for me: order a replacement pair right away (and paying for it), or wait until the returned shoe is received and the account is credited at which time a new order may be placed using the credit. I opted for the first option. She instructed me to read the email return policy and she would answer whatever questions I had. Amanda was pleasant, helpful and efficient -- traits that I look for in customer service. Thank you.

I bought a pair of Boo J's from Shoebacca and I really like them. They are so perfect for skating and practically have no break in period. I really like how the suede looks and it seems to be quite durable as well. The standard shipping was really fast too, only took about 3 days for them to ship. I'm buying more pairs soon lol.

I enjoyed seeing the wide range of choices on the site. The boots I ordered were shipped in a timely manner, and I'm enjoying them. As someone who never had a good experience ordering shoes online, this was refreshing!

I want to start working out and the Puma RS-X have been recommended by a fitness group I am in. These are comfy - still feeling them out. Left is best, and right is slightly tight. But overall good deal.

Good selection and good sale prices. I found boots for my grandson that just made his day. They were delivered intact on the promised date. I'll definitely return to Shoebacca the next time I'm in the market for shoes.

I ordered a limited edition Puma deva boot. It came to me damaged which was ridiculous. I had already ordered my clothing to match that could not be returned. Everything was on a time limit and final sale. If i wanted a damaged rusted shoe I could have bout it from Ebay or a consignment store! A limited edition shoe people! I wasted my window waiting for my money to come back and the shoe in my size is gone from other locations!

Process was good, website easy to use, delivery was on time. Product was disappointing. I wanted waterproof sandals for the beach, but these were uncomfortable, so I did not use them yet. Wondering if maybe they will soften up over time. Very stiff.

I have purchased from them several times and had little problems. I ordered a few pairs of shoes for my kids and noticed them cheaper on another site. I submitted it to their customer service team and after a day or so, I got a response about getting the difference + 10% more. The shipping was free, but not overnight like some other places. The shoes were a lot cheaper so I don't mind having to wait a couple of days to get them :) I hope this helps.

I didn't know what to expect from a new online experience. I was pleasantly surprised. The product was as advertised and in perfect condition. I would have appreciated a little more follow up on shipping info. It just showed up at the door with out prior notification
