Shoebacca

I had been looking online with little luck when I found shoebacca. I was skeptical because the prices were so low but wow, great selection of name brands Puma, ASICS etc. I not only got one, but two pair. And with free shipping how can you lose?

The ordering process was easy, the delivery was fine. A bit slower than some other places but completely acceptable. Unfortunately, I am not 100% certain I will keep these but the return policy is beyond generous. This is my first time shopping with Shoebacca and only the second time I bought shoes before trying them on. They seemed to fit fine when I put them on at home but after walking 6 miles yesterday I felt like, once my feet swelled just a little, that they were definitely too snug. I will see if they "break in" a bit better over time.

There are so many shady online companies and I was prepared for long wait, poor quality on arrival or lengthy return process. My boots arrived quickly, I love them, fit great and happy with my purchase.

Looked around at different websites and Shoebacca was the only one that provided an old product that my daughter have been wanting. Every other site was charging regular price, I found it at 50% off. Fast delivery and in pristine condition.

This review is positive since I received my order relatively quickly (3 days, I think) and it was good quality and arrived in good shape. Moreover, they had the backpack that I wanted (a replacement Keen backpack for mine that died after 4 years of daily use) that was 75% off of the original price. (I'm guessing it has been discontinued, so they're selling the remaining stock.) I didn't have to deal with their customer service at all, so I can't speak to that.

I will be shopping here again. Site interface is really simple, and easy to use. There isn't a bunch of data gathering on sign up, and checkout is fast and easy. Best online shopping experience I've had outside of amazon. I can't speak for customer service here, but I don't have to because things went off without a hitch. Also, this site has had the fastest processing and shipping to Hawaii that I've ever encountered with online shopping- Better than amazon on that part. I'd recommend advertising this excellence to platforms that have users in Hawaii, as we're always happy to find a service that cares about shipping expedience (at a free rate too).

Boots ordered arrived in perfect condition and very quickly!

My only criticism is that the boots arrived unexpectedly since I never received shipping confirmation prior to their arrival. That being said, they arrived a day earlier than was originally quoted. So I can't be too upset about the less-than-ideal communication

I've seen many bad reviews for this company. I have been ordering from Shoebacca for several years. Always had a pleasant experience and received quality shoes. I will continue my business with them.

I stumbled upon this site when searching from a specific pair of Toms that I recently lost in an apartment fire. Was so elated to find them. Great price and super fast shipping. They even sent a follow up email to make sure that I did receive my package! Great service. Will be buying from them again

Seems like I just hit send and my boots were delivered! I usually size up with boots, but that option was not available so ordered my regular shoe size & fits great. Wore them all day right out of the box & no problems; toe box is very roomy.

Shoebacca bent over backwards to make this a good shopping experience, including discount prices, free shipping and then, unfortunately, free returns. The shoe didn't fit as expected and we had to return it. But so far (waiting for refund) it's been a seamless experience. I'll shop with Shoebacca again.

Bought for my granddaughter. Had a great first experience. I loved the look and feel of the boots. Sturdy and well made of quality materials. Looks like it will do what it's supposed to do...keep her feet warm and dry.

These New Balance are cute and versatile - can wear with joggers, jeans, leggings, shorts or dress/skirt and have a different look each time. Love the quality and pop of black on heel. These will be a go to for me

Only emails received are initial purchase confirmation and emails specially in response to me calling customer service. Shipping confirmation/tracking information is not emailed nor is it on the order management portal. Customer service on the phone is competent but it typically takes awhile for them to understand the issue. During my 15 minute call yesterday with customer service asking about the status of a refund on a return that was delivered back over two weeks ago, customer service agent called me "sir" even though I am not a man.

Order from Olympia sports and a week later they emailed me tell me both sneakers I ordered were out of stock. Highly frustrating when there is automatic software to keep inventory count accurate. Not sure why it took a whole week for them to notice it so I was out from my exercise for technically two weeks. Shoebacca came to the rescue with great deals and real inventory quick

Could not find what I wanted while shopping for my birthday, so my friend handed me money and said go for it! Shoes I found on line fit desire and well priced for leather! Order arrived within reasonable amount of time and undamaged! Leather is well tanned and shoe fits to perfect size 8. In fact, will be ordering second pair in another color! Comfy and fashionable for work and play! I would recommend!

Well, I ordered mad dumb super late on a Tuesday night and received by Friday. This Shoebacca ad just happened to randomly pop up on my feed, and by seeing what I saw, I was sold. Like immediately. And also, with the sale they had on my selection, I reeaaally should have grabbed two pairs! To sum it up, I'm a satisfied first time customer and will be back for sure.

The shoes ran true to size for me. They are really nice quality shoes. For myself, I noted that they will have to be broken in a bit (how you would Doc Martens). Overall, I am very pleased with my order. They came about three days after I ordered so shipping time was excellent for my location. Definitely recommend!
