I have never had such BAD service from an online company. I will never use this site again and am posting everywhere I can. I ordered boots as a gift for my daughter on 6/8/2016. The cash was removed from my account with in minutes and then silence. I had to call and email to find out they did not have the boots. They neglected to let me know.
6/28/2016 and I am still waiting for my refund. I cannot afford to buy from somewhere else till I get my money back. Such a thoughtful company.

Previously placed an order through Amazon with great results. Received a coupon with that order, needed shoes again which Shoebacca still has stock of even though they have been discontinued by manufacturer, and at a great price.

The purchasing part was easy. The e-mail was unexpected. The rating were skewed. The sneakers arrived without a hitch but are like walking with cement blocks on your feet. Funny no feedback listed how bulky and heavy they would be. Definitely not for the gym... more for dressing the part.

I was going to return them but decided against it since the price w/delivery was only $30.00. In the closet and I expect to some day wear them. So, my suggestion is, not matter how flattering or tempting these sneakers appear, there is nothing like in store purchasing where you can visibly see, feel and try on what your intended purchase is.

I am happy I found Shoebacca. They have quality products at an affordable price. I definitely will be buying more products from them soon but they need to pay more attention when packing orders. I only received one out of the two items I bought.
However, they were very helpful and refunded me the money for the missing item.
Overall, great company and I would recommend them to others!

I have to say, I was hesitant to try Shoebacca. I'd never heard of it, but in the end the exceptionally low price convinced me to give it a try. I was prepared for slow shipping or any other number of annoying online shopping issues, but there were none. Shoes arrived quickly and I great shape. Happy customer! Will shop again!

Excellent pricing and very fast shipping combined with great shoes! My highest recommendation to Shoebacca. By the way I never heard of Zoom shoes before, but I bought them for the price and reviews online and I am very happy with them. I'm not actually a runner, but they look good and are super comfortable. Will be shopping here again, thanks!

This site is for every buyer, that is, according to preference and probably taking into account the possibilities, who wants something precious, and another cheaper. Therefore, my choice of products fell with the offered product of this online store. Therefore, when I bought a contract product, I received a very high-quality product in return. No prejudices or comments.

FedEx delivery was horrible which reflects back on the company. Shoebacca says 2 day free delivery which is a very good selling tactic but FedEx didn't deliver until 8 days later. Had to call Shoebacca and check on order. Not cool!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes using at Brads Deal code. I ordered women's shoes and ended up with men's shoes. After reading some issues reported to the Better Business Bureau, this seems to be something that happens a lot. I was told by customer service there where no exchanges I was also being charged a $6.50 restocking fee for their mistake. After complaining and confronting them I was told I would get a one time courtesy allowance and they would not charge me the $6.50. Courtesy? How is this a courtesy they give me the wrong size, won't exchange them and want to charge me extra for their mistake. If I with you I would never buy anything from this site. There are so many good sites out there that do right by the customer this is definitely not one of them

I've gotten this boot before but it was damaged, I was happy to know there was two left because I got it! It's the most comfortable and light weight boots i've owned. No wonder the punisher wore these bad boys, they rock! Came fast and everything went smoothly.

Shoebacca website says item will ship in 5 to 7 days. I called on day 10 to get status and was told they had ordered the item from a different vendor in Tennessee and it would take up to two weeks for delivery. Knowing that I requested cancellation of the order. My request was refused due to "company policy". I asked to speak to a supervisor or even a Shoebacca company owner and my request was refused. Shoebacca should evaluate their communication practices.

I've bought the same pair of shoes for years now. Always size 11.5. For whatever reason these 11.5 shoes are much larger. I should have tried to return them but after how unimpressive the ordering and shipment tracking system was I just gave up and am dealing with them. The price was great, but maybe too good to be true.

I ordered 3 pair of Lucchese Boots at 70% off. All of the boots were great looking... Unfortunately since I have a high instep two pair were way too difficult to get into for me. However I really wanted to try them and know that returning is an option and easy.

I've never heard of Shoebacca but saw a pair of shoes I'd been stalking for a while at a significantly lower price than Zappos. I researched the company and found they are US based and had positive reviews so I went for it! The website, ordering process, and delivery was seamless. Oh and the shoes are beautiful. Will be my go to for now on!

I was not quite certain what I wanted for walking foot ware. Then I discovered Shoebacca and found a trail running shoe that I figured would be great for walking and exploring. Best part, it was well under $100 and arrived with plenty of time for me to break them in before my week long walking vacation.

This was my first time ordering from Shoebacca. I was able to find a red Puma backpack at an amazing clearance price. Product met all my expectations and arrived between the time frame that was given.
