I got my boots 10 days from the time I ordered which is about what I expected. They were the right size and everything, no problems there at all. I only wish they had sent me a tracking number or info immediately instead of the next day. Having never ordered from Shoebacca before, I was still a bit leery of ordering from them so that made me a little nervous to wait for that email. But I did research them before I ordered and they seemed legit, and in the end they were. And it was 2 days before Christmas, so shipping is usually a little late around then anyway. I would definitely order from them again, but I ordered 2 pairs of boots because they had such a good price, so it probably will be awhile til I need new ones again!

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes for myself, my wife, and my sister. All on clearance. Saved over $100!

I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. The shoes were on their way to my house when, shoebacca.com had the delivery stopped and sent back to their offices! I have tried to contact them several times by e-mail with no response. This is robbery! There has been NO effort by them to give me my money back or simply SEND ME THE SHOES THAT I ORDERED! So about six months ago I ordered a pair work shoes in 9.5 size best work shoes I found so I ordered another pair of shoes so first pair I bought the size on tung of shoe the pair I just got the tag was inside on the side of shoe said 9.5 but the 9 size not same size I ordered not happy with you guys never had a problem so when I called they wanted me return them I'm not doing that I told them send me another pair finally I just said never again buys shoes from shoebacca and have mice day so I called them again talk to a supervisor and they said it my job send them back I told them it was your problem sending wrong shoes I'm never buying shoe from them again i never get mad bit when you don't have the money for shoes they should send another pair for the mess up but I have to return them for a another pair no thank you shoebacca kiss my butt I'm done with you im sorry

And I took the advice of sizing up because I have wider than narrow feet, and didn't want the boot to rub against my feet, and I normally wear a 8.5 in women's, but got a size 9, and they fit AMAZING! The "sherpa" on one pair of shoes were pinkish brown, not the cream I expected. The blue and pink Toms were beautiful, but a half size too big. I did reorder them. Wish there was an exchange option. Still waiting on the refund.

Last time I bought shoes online at a different site that shall not be named... The shoes I got from them were 4 sizes bigger than what I ordered. Here, the only thing I can complain about, if you have to complain about something, it was that it took a week to arrive instead of the agreed 3 - 4 business days. Not a crazy long wait either way.
