Good experience for sure! Helpful service, straight forward, no hassles, friendly and courteous and I liked that about my experience. Not always that way. No trouble understanding who your talking to and they can understand you and get your order right. Most frustrating of all! When someone can not take order correctly! It's a shame!

Since I didn't register and checked out as a guest, there was no way to start my return online like other websites. I was directed to send an email to customer service and 24-36 hours later they'd get back to me with info, return label, etc. I'd suggest making the returns a bit easier like most other websites.
Shipping was quick, but charging for returns based on poor fit is lousy. Shoes vary widely in how they fit. If you're going to sell shoes online you need to accept that sometimes customers will need to return them.
We needed these boots within a certain time frame, and this site showed when delivery would be. We ordered expedited shipping and they arrived on time. The price was also a little cheaper than other websites. Boots are great!
Ordered two weeks ago, still waiting for my shoes. My order was processing until I contacted customer service. After 3 messages, I finally got an update. After I was told they would be shipped on Monday, I checked my order status for tracking info and found nothing. The order said it was complete. I had to reach out again for my tracking information. The tracking says they are coming Friday. I guess we'll see if they show up!
I was looking for some high-quality snow boots for my husband for his birthday. I would have had to order them from Canada if I had gotten them directly from the manufacturer, which would have taken weeks and weeks with international shipping delays. Not only was I able to get the exact same product from Shoebacca in a fraction of the time, they were also almost $100 cheaper. It was a total win-win. Highly recommend Shoebacca.
The site keeps going back to the start after you add something to the cart. Very frustrating. Tried many times to get the coupon code for a first purchase but it won't accept my cell number probably because it is Canadian. I live in AZ for part of the year so this is also frustrating.

I'm a sucker for clearances price stuff. Great deal on some stylish black sneakers, only thing they could improve on is notifying me when they were shipped and when to expect them. Kinda in the dark after getting the email that the order was being processed. But a great deal is worth a few exceptions.
I was a little skeptical at first because of the very affordable prices available, but, since it had many great reviews I figured I would give it a try. I am very happy with both my purchases, I will definitely continue to keep buying from Shoebacca.
Because the description didn't detail fully the construction of the shoe, I didn't realize it was stretch fabric vs the vegan leather version I had previously. The shoes are still comfortable, and so I will be keeping them, but they are not suited for winter weather. Suggest more detailed descriptions for products
The tracking showed the return package was received over a month ago but no refund and no acknowledgement in my account that the return was received. Called four times --- each time the customer service apologized, agreed that it was received, promised me it will be resolved, and asked me to call back in a week. Did that four times. No refund. Every time the reason was "we are processing. It may take some time" or "our system has an issue. It happens but we are on it". The "the supervisor" even gave me his name and asked me to call him back. When I did, "the supervisor" was talking to "upper management" and cannot talk to me.
The agents were polite but helpless. I do not think it is their fault that the return was not given but sorry --- when your system always "has an issue", these people in the front line had to face unhappy customers.
The shoes are beautiful and they have a nice design to them. Well crafted and designed, similar to Balenciaga shoes. They just are very bulky and when I took them out I was sure they were too big for me. I'm not used to this style shoe. My brother says it's just the style and they're fine, they do seem pretty oversized but fit perfectly. I'm going to keep them and style them. Great price so its no point returning them at all.
I ordered my shoes on a weekend and being that there was no "cancellation box" ended up with then wrong color. I called at 0700 hrs Monday morning and was told the shoes were already sent to UPS for delivery and was unable to change to my preferred color. Not a critical error on my part but would have rather had the brown color combination. Still a great shoe.
I ordered adidas skateboarding shoes that are twice as much everywhere else. Then I read older reviews here, and panicked. Less than a week later (even with a holiday) I got my shoes looking perfect. I will definitely use them again! (Word of the wise the don't usually give you anything but a order confirmation email, They tell you they will give you another email saying it's shipped. Not for me and a bunch other.) Anyways for the price, and the fact I got the shoes fast, I think I'll live. I recommend.
I usually buy shoes on Zappos but don't want to give Amazon so much business so I've been looking for alternatives. Shoebacca was easy to buy from, quick delivery, great sales price, and good customer service. I would buy from them again.

I had to return because the was completely incorrect size. They was also worn and two different makers of the same shoe. On top of that I'm being charged a restocking fee, for the company's mistake. Not happy and will not reorder.
The shoes were delivered as expected and as promised, but not WOW factor involved... nothing that lends itself to top of the line exceptional performance. Just down the middle, average, the same as most other vendors in the retail business these days.
When I say im always pleased with Shoebacca believe that! There isn't a time I was disappointed. The delivery ships fast and I receive exactly what I order. I'm glad I found this site. I check it daily to see what's new.
