The staff were rude when I called after two Wells to see where my order was as it was after the delivery date. I was told my order was still in processing. Instead of shipping my order they just canceled it. Even though it was in stock. I will never recommend your console based on my experience. Luckily after better researching I found the item at a local store and $20 cheaper. So thank you for saving me money.

Bomb Prices! I don't usually shop on different sites, but I did today because it was worth the $50 Savings. I bought these for my wife after 2 hours of researching the best boot for women I chose these based on reviews from other women. But the price just made life so much better

I've been buying Saucony running shoes for over 35 years. During those years I ran 37,000 miles, 150 road races and 14 marathons, most in Saucony Jazz shoes. Now that I'm just walking 5 miles a day, I still look for Saucony shoes. This is my first purchase from Shoebacca and I have been totally satisfied with the whole experience.

I bought these because of K-Swiss Reputation and the great price. Shoebacca's site was easy to navigate. They are VERY comfortable shoes. I had only heard of Shoebacca, I now have another option to purchase footwear.

I was so excited to get my new shoes, only to find out they sent me the wrong pair. They looked like old man shoes. They have made it right by sending a return label and giving me 10 percent off next order. But darn it i wanted my shoes. :(

I had not heard of this store until placing my order, and I am so happy I found it! The site was so easy to navigate and the selection of shoes is wonderful! Not to mention the sizes. I ordered a pair for myself and my son. We both love the slip on sport shoes. He loves them because they are easy for him to do on his own, I just love the overall comfort. The speed of delivery was amazing!

You need to make final decisions for yourself, because even if I'd had a good experience here, you might then not have. But bearing in mind that general observation, I'd say this one is OK. No suspicious listings appear on initial research, it all looks genuine and the company address in an industrial wasteland in Texas looks about right.

First of all, I could not go in my account and asked for a reset so I could get into it to track my shipment. She replied and gave me a temp password which didnt work and it was never fixed. Then a few days after I received my sandals, they did not fit properly my little toe stuck out of them the straps across were too high (Bass gladiator sandals) to keep my toes in. I tried to contact them via email for return 3 times now and no one responds.(funny how they responded about resetting my password before) What sucks is being Canadian, it costs more for us exchange on money, duty etc. To have a company not live up to their return policy really is not right, looks like Im stuck with these poor designed sandals. This company should be stayed away from completely.

Delivery was prompt, BearClaw slippers arrived in great condition, but I should've ordered one size larger. Will likely be OK after stored a while with shoe horns inside. Your price was very satisfactory

Delivery person ignored plainly seen and read sign, "Go to back deck, please". Walking to the back deck causes only 3 additional steps.

Great shoes, was waiting on size 11's to be in stock and they finally were. I read some of the reviews of them running small so I chose a half size larger than I normally do. They are still pretty tight, so I would suggest anyone interested in these getting at least a half size larger... if not 1 full size. That said, they are sweet looking shoes. They are still pretty hard, but looking forward to wearing them in. They go with just about anything.

It amazes me how im reading all these reviews on people receiving their shoes and I've been waiting almost a week and a half. They have not yet shipped my package. I will never order from them again.im starting to think these reviews are written by the workers. Cause this is the worst customer service along with shipping. Smh
