I placed my order sept 25, still have yet to receive any order. When i asked for a refund was told i would be getting my money back, but still no order and no refund. They are horrible with communication and just tell u what u wanna hear while they take your money.
I ordered a shirt on oct22nd. It didn't come by the party in mid Nov which is okay, due to covid, shipping was to take longer. So I figured it would be okay as long as I got it by Christmas. But it's mid January, no one will answer my emails, and the phone number listed is turned off. I contacted Amazon pay, hopefully they can help me, because even the emails they tried to send the merchant was returned. :(
I placed my order on October 9 and wrote shirt tango on November 12th asking where my order is. They stated it should have come by now and they would refund me the money 3-5 business days. Well I have yet to receive it still. I have yet to still receive the refund or hear from them again. Now they are not answering their emails. Their phone number inbox is full and their other number I left a message on. Have contacted them thru amazon pay also. It is so disheartening that a company could treat so many people like this. Specially in such a rough time for everyone. My daughter was so excited for her my little pony tutu. Specially since I couldn't find anything else like it. And now she has no special dress for her birthday. I really hope they get it all figured out and stop treating their customers this way.
I placed my order over the summer, I never recovered it during the indicated time for my daughters birthday. I requested a refund. They refunded me but then a couple months later retrieved the refund. I have been trying to connect with them asking them to please give me my refund and they have been non responsive. They are not responsible or honest.

I ordered and cancelled within 5 ours of ordering due to the extreme long shipping process. I was called a stupid crackhead by the email responder and on my request to cancel the order he replied "LOL NO".

Ordered an outfit for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday is March 21st, I ordered it on January 17th. Here it is March 14th, no outfit. Emailed the company, no response. And now it seems they deleted their webpage and email account. They rip people off.
This company was very disrespectful and unprofessional I asked about my order she called me poor and stupid when I asked for a refund I would not recommend anyone to shop with her because this person is very unprofessional she even sent pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. To save the next person I will be leaving reviews and the name of the website this seller totally invaded my privacy by sending pictures of my apartment complex calling it poor. Below I will be showing you the messages of me asking about my order and issuing a refund because I order feb 19th never received a follow up I even put it in the order notes I needed it by This Saturday the site didn't order rush shipping or anything as she claimed it stated.
When I tell you I'm so pleased with this company... first & foremost they have exceptional customer service. I know I sent countless emails trying to place my order & with every one they responded quickly & kindly. I needed my order in less than a week & they were able to get it done. I'm proud to support a family owned business. Prices & quality are great! I will definitely order from them again bc my bonus grand baby is going to love her birthday outfit made just for her! I'm just super impressed & im so glad I saw their advertisement. Great job & thank you for an excellent experience. May God bless your company to grow & prosper.
After reading all thos negative reviews, I was a little worried to order from this site. Glad I went with my gut cause They did an awesome $#*!ing job on my order of 8 shirts. Will definitely buy from them again

Why don't these stupid people ever show all the emails? Gee i wonder why, because they want to look like some god damn victim, this piece of trash sent over 10 emails threatening us and cursing us out because she didn't know we had a handling time, she thought it ships the next day, NO CUSTOM COMPANY ships the next day unless you pay for fast shipping., but of course shes not going to post those emails is she. LOL LOL,. Get a damn education or at least learn how to read simple English.
We cancel ALL ORDERS from people that curse at us, harass us or threaten us, SIMPLE AS THAT.
I got my daughter's birthday outfit 1 day prior than expected. I was satisfied with the overall product. Although, I didn't speak to anyone directly. My questions were always answered promptly through email.
Extremely questionable customer service. Their responses seemed to be written by uneducated bored (probably high on something) kids. They seem to take pride in being rude to their "customers." Great example of how not to run a business.
When we told them about our shipping time posted on every page, they started calling us racist black names out of nowhere, they said they should have never purchased from a black lazy company, very disgusting, as a black company we are already struggling and to have this type of human being just call us racist names after pointing out our shipping time is very hurtful.
They do not deserve to be purchasing from any company, especially a blacked owned one if this is how they are going to treat us..
Thank you shirtango for the pretty outfit, and super quick shipping. We had to cancel our babies birthday twice already because of this virus, shirtango was able to give us a great discount and free rush shipping after we explained the situation we were in. Will keep returning forever now.

Only giving a 1 star because there isn't a zero star. I have never been spoken to by a company in this way. I admit that I did not look through their whole page regarding shipping information. I was in a hurry to order a shirt for a birthday party and had thought I'd get an email with information. I reached out yesterday and asked about the shipping and status of my order in which I received an incredibly condescending response.
I did continue the banter as I was bothered by this. However, this is supposed to be a business which is expected to have customer support and some amount of kindness and understanding for mistakes made by its customers. This business should be shut down and based on most other reviews I'm not the only one with this type of experience but it should not continue. I have attached screenshots of the emails sent. I would advise researching all companies prior to placing orders, even if it is for a $12 t shirt.
My daughter loves her birthday outfit! I ordered early, but the package must have been lost in the mail. When I contacted customer service they were quick to fix the issue and send me a replacement in time for her birthday party. Thank you!

They do not communicate with you or give you updates. When you'd like a question answered they belittle and call you names. There is nothing professional about them and no matter what the issue it is always your fault!

Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
