The website has so many great options to choose from. I was able to find exactly what I needed. The wonderful customer service kept me informed from processing to shipping to delivery. Everything was packaged nice and neat. With everything going on in the world it was nice to have peace of mind that all precaution was taken to ensure safety. Thank you so much.
I ordered my daughter and outfit paid them and a week later got a cancellation email. Saying I was getting refunded. Went to my PayPal account and refund was pending then all of a sudden vanished never got my refund. I should of read reviews before sending this company any money. I've sent them 5 emails and no response I've called several times and no answer. This website needs to be shut down!
Wowwww I wish I read these reviews before ordering! I placed an order about 6 weeks ago knowing that it would take 4 weeks to ship. After about 5 weeks I sent an email asking for tracking information because I still didn't get an update on my order. I got an email back saying my order was cancelled and no further explanation. Huh? Still haven't seen a refund and had to dispute the CC charges. Clearly whoever runs their site spends more time responding to negative reviews and blaming their customers and all these "stupid people" for their shortcomings, instead of actually fixing the problem and trying to provide good customer service. When you get enough negative reviews you should start to think the consumer isn't the problem it's you. This site is *******% a scam and they're just stealing people's money you'll place an order and receive no product or refund.
I had ask for a refund on an order that i had made the same day i made the order because it would arrive to late so who ever i was talking to was very disrespectful and unprofessional now im arguing with the person to get my money back. I will never support this black owed business again.

I ordered Sept 28th shirt is still not here and my son's birthday in is a few days. It's been almost 5 weeks. So I emailed them asking for a refund. They reply "you should have common sense before ordering and check the shipping" she or he also called me dumb and blocked me. I have all the emails and this is so unexceptable to treat anyone like that. So doesn't look like I will get my refund or anything. Don't waste your time or money here. I was told I would have it on time almost six weeks and still haven't received it. I included a pic of my purchase & date because they say I'm lying. Sept 28th this Monday will be six weeks. But they say 3-4 week shipping what a lie! Just shows the type of people they are.

I purchased 3 shirts from this company 2 weeks ago I did not receive any shipping information so I reached out with the attached email asking for an update and to see if it would be received by staurday. My sons birthday. The person responding was rude for no reason at all. After the attached rude response I sent an email a day asking for an update on my order and stating that I can pay for expedited shipping. No response at all. The attached email is the only correspondence I received from the company. Please do not order from this company. They do not respect or even care about their customers.
As a firm supporter for all things black owned, this was truly disheartening and unbelievable how this person responded to me like I was nothing. They resorted to name calling and cursing. I did not receive the messages they replied to as it went to spam. When an email did come through their response was rude and when I sent a screenshot that it went to spam, they then took the rudeness to a whole nother level. I have never experienced something like this EVER. I am still in shock.

I ordered my daughters birthday outfit & family shirts on Sunday via rush delivery... it was filled by Tuesday & I received both pkgs on Thursday & Friday. They were very beautiful & my daughter is excited to wear hers on Sunday for her birthday! Every email I sent with questions or last minute changes were replied back on the same day. I was scared it wasn't going to make it on time & they reassured I would have my shirts on time. I was very pleased with their customer service & timely manner in shipping with this pandemic going on. Thank you so much! I will be referring Shirtango to my friends and family as well as ordering from them again in the near future.
After the nasty emails received by this business, I researched the reviews because I said to myself, I cannot be the only one who has ordered and received this type of service. When I say nasty I mean emails stating "what the F", typing my name completely wrong in which is was clearly stated in the prior email, blaming me for them working, emailing me in less than one hour stating i was refusing to provide an order number, crazy things like this. On top of that I ordered a tutu on August 3rd and never received my order. So yea they are pretty much a scam.

The website said it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get shipped they took 7 weeks and nothing not even an email saying we are running late. I send them various emails they even asked when was my party the water to do it over night how irresponsible of them as a store they shouldn't care when the event is they should ship when they say they will. Know I asked for a refund and still no sign be ware they will steel your money it's been a week and still no refund. Probably takes another 7 weeks horrible don't trust this website
We told this person we don’t ship for 3 to 4 weeks as stated on every page, they didn’t want to pay for faster shipping, so we cancelled and refunded their order like they asked. I’m not sure why they are lying we have proof of all of this.
This company socks and the customer service kicks rocks. Unprofessional, communication via email will not call you. Stated they would overnight a shirt for my baby's birthday. 10 days later they email the color is not available. They got made because I expressed i was disappointed in this action after 10 days passed by already for a rush order. They canceled my order and refunded me without my permission. Now we have no shirt for my sons birthday. They will pay for their actions take your business else where. There is far better out there. Shirtango you suck!
For the record no one cursed at any agent check your email trail for the facts and move on. Train your agents. Ordered local and better.

This psycho racist sent our employees over 47 emails within 1 hour, she cursed at us and threaten us after we simply told her we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, she demanded that we spend over a 100 dollars overnighting her order free of charge, just because... We had to block her and cancel the order, that's why she is leaving this feed back now.
What a shame.
So I am still waiting on a package to come which I previously posted was canceled. I still have not gotten my refund for the express shipping or for the product itself that I again never received. I presently have given all the information to my bank in order to get a refund. Idk why they ain't seen this and processed my refund just as fast as they took it plus the extra for my pain and suffering. Lol! Good thing I make enough money to go out and purchase double items without it being an issue. Found another black owned business that created the same shirt same day that looked even better. And I thank Amazon for the cute tutu and bows because that came on time-ish.! Considering I order these things Friday and I picked it up Sunday for the party. This is about the principal of things I would never run a business this bad. Get more help if you need it to get your items out faster and to have happy customers and repeat purchases. I purchased a item 1/17 and I was supposed to get it 1/27 but UPS hasn't gotten it from them yet! I paid extra for faster shipping I think I want my $15 back since I leave tomorrow and I don't have it.
Ok so today is Friday and UPS don't have my package from shirttango period. I call UPS they said a label was created on Sunday but they have not gotten the package from the shipper. My package was suppose to be here 1/27 considering that fact that I paid the extra 15 for faster shipping and we discussed that. I have sent countless email of the respectful kind to get an update and an understanding as to where the package maybe and how we can resolve this issue since I don't have it. They quite! Not a single response at all on this situation. I called their number it's some sort of text to whatever number. No body picks up. I left a message and nothing. I also texted that same number and nothing. So they reply usually within a few hrs is a joke. But somehow on a Sunday when I ordered the product they were real chatty. If I don't a call today or something imma be very upset. I have not sent 1 single email cussing them out however I am getting ready to. I can definitely see if costumers are sending wordy emails it's because they don't respond after multiple emails and calls and the customer gets frustrated. Like me! Party Sunday I leave today to go to said party and no purchased product. By the way I have a photographer to take her photo in this outfit and no outfit. I personally feel as if they should be fully responsible for that charge I paid for with in this outfit and no fit ya dig. But it's whatever. Should have read the reviews. I don't see why Agent O is on her showing they ass when multiple people have the same exact problem and they calling people crackheads asking what kinds of crack they on and calling customers crack heads. They boast about making 1.2 million in sales each year and with that kind of stolen money you would think they would be able to pay for better customer service. Treat customers with dignity and respect. Hire a person to answers phones and emails, get more staff to run a more efficient business. The words of this Agent O rep tells me all I need to know about this businesse and their shitty service. Reinforces what every critical review about them has truth to it. I would never as a small business owner behave in such a manner. I would ensure that my customers are happy instead of waiting until the last min to send out packages 2 days before the day they want it that it be ready for shipping sooner just incase there are any issues. But that takes brains something that this company apparently lacks! It's 2 days after my desired date I want my refund for express shipping because wasn't nothing express about this lazy shipping policy. And if it don't come by my daughters actual birthday which is after the party and the photo shoot I had set up. I for DAMN sure want my money back for this whole shit show! Update: on the plus my order was shipping Friday! 2 days late and $15 bucks short lol! Today it's canceled! Yay! They better rush run me my refund as fast as they took it! I cancelled my order because although they were cheap on price and I was excited about that. The amount to have it rushed to me was about doubled the price. Which made it cheaper for me to purchase some place else. Please read their emails to me WOW! They even kept calling me Karen. Why?!? They state on their site they are black owned and would not tolerate any racist comments. I for one I'm not racist at all. Them calling me Karen is racist and completely uncalled for. My niece turned 4 and was having a JoJo Siwa party. I bought her the personalized birthday party tutu outfit, with her name and the number 4 on it. And, I needed a rush on it because her birthday party was in 2 weeks. When I emailed them about the rush they responded immediately. It arrived on the exact day I needed it and the party was yesterday. Not only did my niece absolutely love it and feel oh so special with her rainbow tutu and shirt displaying her name; but all of the other little girls at the party wished they had a super-fantastic rainbow tutu also. The quality was great and the price was right; especially for how happy it made this sweet little girl, to have something so special to wear. The sizing was true and the added bonus of a matching JoJo bow to wear in her hair made her day. Thank you so much for accommodating our rush order.
