I don't know about others experiences, but I can honestly say I loved their customer service. They were very prompt to answer all My questions, which were a lot btw, lol, because it was My first time ordering from them plus it was a last minute order so I was a bit concerned it wouldn't get here in time but they offered Me rush shipping and sure enough they delivered earlier than I expected and Me and My family absolutely loved the results and the quality of their products, they surpassed our expectations. I ordered the white Mermaid themed B-day girl T-shirt with the tutu and the Mermaid Themed black T-shirts for Mom, Dad & Big Sister. They came out beyond beautiful. Also very reasonable pricing & they are true to size. Thank you so much. I would most definitely recommend to others and will definitely order again from them in the future. I placed an order and nowhere on the site does it say that it will take 3-4 weeks to ship. Then when you email them, they give you the most unprofessional response. They told me that they were not sorry and then they refunded my money. There are many other places that do the same work with way better customer service. I DO NOT recommend them at all.

I ordered a Tutu for my nieces birthday, not only have I sent several emails with no reply, I've called the number several time with no answer. I placed my ordered on 8/11, and the current date is 9/29. Allowed plenty of time for shipping. Don't waste your money and order with this company.
The outfit came right on time, they made sure we received it right before the birthday without paying a rush fee. We explained to them that we were short on money since my husband was just laid off and they made sure that we didn't have to pay anything extra.

Shirtango is phenomenal! I shopped online for a personalized birthday outfit for my 4 year old granddaughter who wanted everything Frozen and found the perfect outfit of shirt, tutu and bow with her name and age on the shirt at a very reasonable price. I was concerned it might not get to Cali on time so I text Shirtango and someone got back to me immediately and explained how to find express shipping on the website. I put my order in expecting delivery on Friday (birthday was Saturday) and got package on Wednesday! I highly recommend Shirtango. If my grandchildren are happy I am happy!

I am a Special Education Teacher and I ordered a t-shirt and tutu for one of my students. When I called to tell them I needed the gift by a particular date, they confidently assured me that I would have it by that date. And It arrived a day early and I am so excited to give it to my student for her birthday! During this time of my students being quarantined and not understanding why they can't see their teachers or go to school, this is going to make her day!

Horrible horrible company! Believe all the bad reviews you see and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you have any issues at all they laugh in your face and talk very disgraceful towards you! It's ridiculous. This is a completely disgusting company. Do not give them your hard earned money. There are plenty of other shirt making companies out there!
I order my daughter birthday dress 5 weeks in advance as they website says take 3-4 weeks to ship it's been 6 weeks my daughter birthday has already passed and still have never got her dress they did give a refund but this is bull$#*! I found this dress and was so happy that my daughter would love it they said they shipped it 2 weeks ago yet still has not came to not order from this place if u actually want the thing u bought! Never again will I by from shirtango!
You gave a wrong address at checkout, the item was return back to us 3 weeks later, we offered to send it off again free of charge but you said no, why would you give a incorrect address at checkout? You caused this yourself.
Wonderful company. Usps mis-delivered, we reached out to shirtango to see if they could help us somehow, even though it wasn't their fault, they overnighted us a free replacement just in time for our daughters birthday. Great service.
