I ordered a shirt for my daughter for her birthday and was worried about the delivery time. I wrote an email and ask would the regular standard shipping be ok to get delivered in time or do I have to pay more they said it would get here. Well it was 10 days before the date I needed it for my daughters birthday and I sent an email to customer service inquiring about an ETA and got a nasty response well customer service and I went back an forth and then they sent the emails to the owner John and he started in because I told them I would give them a bad review for treating me this way and I was going to call the better business beau and the owner was upset saying whay are you trying to destroy my company I told him I am not in the business to destroy companies all I wanted was the shirt my child wanted for her birthday and that didnt happen. Needless to say John and I apologize to each other and he wanted me to not cancel my order I told him I never canceled it your customer service got mad and said that they had already canceled it but John assured me that it was NOT canceled well today on March 27 my childs birthday and shes asking for this shirt and I sent a inquiry email and got a email from them that my shirt was canceled and a email from Paypal that my money was refunded... WOW HORRIBLE Company HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID IF POSSIBLE
My wife ordered 2 shirts on 12/4. Was notified it shipped on the 9th. On December 18th we contacted them after not seeing a delivery. Was told it would be shipped overnight, twice. After contacting them once again this is the response we got:

Receipt #******* Um and changing what, because there nothing but dip $#*! $#*!in $#*!s out there that think i control ups, WHICH I DONT, im not saying your one of those people but the way your email seems, i dont know! I dont own ups i dont know what you want me to do to control them, if i own ups like all these dumb$#*!s think i did, i wouldn't be selling on etsy right now. I sold over 700 items and only 10 different people left negative, wow thats so horrible. Agai not sure how in the world your trying to blame this on me if it says out for delivery today and we paid for overnight shipping, ONCE AGAIN IM NOT UPS, I DONT DELIVER, IM NOT UPS! And why is it late for christmas, christmas is not until tuesday the 25th, so i dont even know how it could be to late.
I played for the boss baby tutu outfit from Shirtango my only error was that I didn't pay attention to shipping times. I received pymt notification but nothing about shipping so I sent an email just inquiring about the order. After doing so I went to look at the website and it said 3-4weeks before shipped. Now being an online shopper usually with shipping times like that the order might be trash so I search for reviews all I saw was negative reviews about how rude customer service is and how people never received the order and on the reviews you had customer service belittling and calling the customers names. So I emailed I just saw that shipping is with in 3-4 weeks I would like to cancel I received and email back immediately 1am in the morning. The person advised me of expedited shipping. I declined and said I still want to cancel. The cancelled my order and issued my refund. Today Iwent back to the reviews to see if their were and pictures of the product and what I saw was actually really cute. I investigated some of the reviews and was about to place a counter review saying that my error caused me to cancel that the company was great and quickly handled my issue with no problemsand that I was going to purchase the multi color tutu boss baby. That was until I opened the last email I received from the rep their response to me declining and wanting to cancel was.

My whole tune chg this company is disrespectful to there to customers and I did nothing wrong to them I was not disrespectful to them in anyway and the email explaining this the ignorant person who is lacking in their vocabulary cursed out several times. I screen shot all the emails. I advise no one to do business with such disgusting individuals.

This crackhead has lost their mind, they literally talked nothing but shit toward us in every email, but of course they didnt show those emails.
Customer got very triggered and kept telling us that we had no shipping tab or shipping info on any page and we were making it all up, they also called us muslim indians for some weird reason, and then said we werent a real company. Again people, we have a shipping tab, its located on every page. They are just upset because we cancelled her, we dont tolerate any of this trash from anybody.
I am CONVINCED this company is a SCAM! I ordered a dress on August 24th for my daughters birthday. On September 1st I inquired about my order via email and was told that orders take up to 3 to 4 weeks to ship. It was suggested I pay for expedited shipping for an extra $15. I paid the $15 on September 2nd and let them know via email that I NEED this dress by September 18th. On September 11th, I requested an update via email. No answer. I tried calling them. No answer. I followed up AGAIN via email on September 14th and was told it will be shipped the next day. Today is September 17th, THE DAY BEFORE I NEED THE DRESS and I send an email this morning asking for the tracking information. Five hours later I receive a "your order has been cancelled" email. What's even more interesting is that in the cancellation email it only shows that I will be receiving a refund for the amount that I paid for the dress, NOT the extra $15 I paid for the expedited shipping. I really wish I would've checked the reviews on this company before ordering from them but, I wanted to support a black owned business. By the looks of these other reviews, who knows if I will receive any kind of refund. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I did not deal with any rude remarks like I've seen on some of these other reviews (yet because who knows how they will respond to my most recent email in regards tp them cancelling my order) but, this company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and does not deserve to be in business! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

This racist sicko sent us over 35 emails cursing us all out and saying we had no shipping on our site, they used every racist disgusting name they could toward us because they missed the shipping info. This is the type of trash we deal with every day because our prices are so low. How sad.

Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
