Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.
I know, we go through this everyday, its clearly marked on the shipping tab, im not sure what sort of person would place a custom handmade order and expected it within 4 days, or not even bother reading the shipping section, makes no sense to me.
Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
I'm not sure why its no common sense either, the first thing anybody should do if they are purchasing from a custom handmade website, is to check the shipping section, this is a given..
