This company is terrible! They are very unprofessional, they talk to you anyway and they never answer the phone! They email you saying whatever they want to you as if they aren't even an actual business! I told them I never received an email from them answering my question about where I put my child's size, I wasn't rude I'm never rude I was very shocked and confused, because after my initial email they said I emailed them prior I did but the first one was about them not answering the phone not the size! They say to me in an email that maybe Satan jumped into someone else's body and emailed for me. At the bottom of all my emails my signature says something positive and spiritual. Maybe they're satanic I have no idea! But trust me do not buy from this company and tell any and everyone you know. A few people told me they never received their items nor refund from these people they are true scammers! PLEASE DO NOT BUY! You will definitely be furious! Then they leave these replys to the reviews! I never said I bought anything and I'm glad I didn't! I wasn't even able to complete my order with your disrespect and I updated my review because you're still being rude! What type of people and business are you running?! I'm so glad I didn't purchase anything from you guys and I was able to see your rudeness ahead of time! I've never experienced this before from an actual business! I guess all the reviews people are leaving are lies! You guys are really pathetic and anyone in their right mind would trust these reviews and not buy! I never once said they did the email themselves! I emailed them they never replied to my email originally I don't remember sending them the initial email although I may have asking them where do I personalize my info at? Just wanted to make sure I put the right size for my baby, and then they replied "it's wrote in a big red box put all your question your cart!'' It's not what they said but their tone! I tried but there was literally no where to put my child's size! They said, "nobody had ever asked this question before." That's when I knew that something was up with this company who professional says this to a customer a new one at that?! Who responds to a customer this way! Why would I lie about this what will I gain! I'm just writing an honest review! I did curse them in the end because that's how disrespected I felt! I'm not a bad person nor do I have a reason to lie or waist my time writing a fake review but the truth needed to be heard!
Purchased on 6/11 I was not sent anymore emails about tracking, customer service was extremely rude when I contacted them. I needed this dress for my daughters birthday July 8th. I was told I could pay an additional 10 dollars to make sure I get it 3 DAYS before the 4th week deadline. Complete scam. So one to my word here is my negative feedback. Do not waste your time or money on a company that is not very customer friendly. My 6 year old knew this dress was coming and is extremely upset that THEY cancelled her dress. Shirttango you 100% suck. You should stop selling anything because you are not very good at it. If I could give you 0 stars I would have. The owner sent me threatening emails threatening to call CPS, threatening to loot my home and is an extreme racist against white people. They also are posting my personal information on the web. I had to call the police and put in a report all over asking for tracking for an item they never planned to send. Not Entertaining the response to this idiot. I posted all of the emails and not 1 time did I threaten anyone. I did tell them to stick their black finger up their black $#*! and now they can fist themselves with their black fist with no lube. Not one person from cps has been to my home.
(nj has furlough all workers due to covid duh) which CPS it's not even called that in my state. The FBI that's laughable. I assure you that cps and the FBI have much better things to do then to investigate a single mother because I attempted to purchase an outfit from a group of asshats living in their mom's basement. Also ironic that not many other of customers are ever satisfied. No worries I'm not done yet. Until this company gets shut down completely. Since they do a good enough job getting absolutely horrible reviews it won't be too difficult. Which will definitely hurt them more than anything they do will effect my life. My daughter has a new beautiful dress for her birthday now. I didn't have to deal with such nonsense. Her birthday will be amazing hope "cps and FBI " will join us this Wednesday! I would never insult a child for any reason ever. This company is just full of lies and if there was any legitimacy to their bs accusation they would post our interactions like I did showing they are the racist in this scenario. Just go out of business instead of spreading more hate which our world doesn't need. Smh so pathetic.

Nothing they cancelled my order!
Honestly, if i could give them zero stars, i would. I placed my order on 04/15/2020 and i realized there was no estimated delivery date so i went to the site and reached out to the tech support to find out if there is anyway to rush the order. They sent me a link and purchased the rush order for $10. I then asked since it was sent in a separate order how will i know if it will arrive in time. I was told it would arrive by 04/27/2020 and it would "work itself out on there end". Today, 04/19/2020 i noticed i haven't received an email stating the order has been shipped so i reached out to tech support and let them know that i haven't received a response and would like to know the current status. I was then asked for my order number to which i responded that i have 2 because i ordered rush shipping and was told it would turn into one order. The advocate responded, " nobody told you that, what you were told that, your email would "merge" the order into one". I then said " Well ma'am that's not exactly was i was told either. I was told that it will work itself out on your end and i haven't heard anything yet". The advocate then said she would look at the notes. Then she responded rudely, it clearly says that it will arrive on the 27th and you will receive an email once it ships so what is your problem? She also said, while i was writing a response, she isn't being rude and i shouldn't let "my feelings" get in the way of facts because i'm just mad that someone is telling me facts that i don't want to accept. So i said there is no need for you to be rude because i'm just asking a simple question and i would like to speak to the supervisor. She then said she will refund me and that i will not be talking to anyone of her employees "that way" and the refund will take 7-10 business. So i said i don't want a refund all i wanted was the status of my order then she ended the chat and i was not allowed to go on it no matter how much i tried. I realized that there were no email sent that the order was cancelled so i started calling the number provided on the website a few times and i got no answer then a text few moments after saying yes how can we help you. I replied " i was told that my order would be refunded but i didn't receive an email saying that the order was cancelled so i'm just trying to find out if it's cancelled and why because i sepcifically asked for it not to be". They then responded, " I'm not sure who you are, we sell to over 7 thousand customers every month, do you have a order number or maybe a name? Also cancellations usually happen during the weekday not weekends. My response, " 1259, 1261 These are my order numbers. It is separate because i ordered rush shipping a few minutes later. This was the response " i see your order here, it's in line to be cancelled tomorrow, the notes say you harassed our employee and demanded to know a status update even though we had already told you that you would get once once it ships. You will see our cancel emails tomorrow, just some advice, don't treat others like crap, it won't get you anywhere". I also had my boyfriend reached out with his phone since they blocked me and they answered the phone by saying " was this the crazy lady from earlier?" Now, i have been in customer service before and i know for a fact that no matter what a customer calls to ask, you do not speak to someone so aggressive. You cannot run a business like that because you don't know who is ordering. But best believe me when i say this, they have messed with the wrong one because i will stop at nothing until it is out of business for ruining part of my child's birthday plans. I GOT TIME! So sis, if you see this, I'm coming for yah $#*!.
