I asked them a simple question about my order staus, and responded in such a sarcastic way. So when I responded back with the same sarcasm they canceled my order. Very childish, very rude and had the nerve to say good luck to me. Sorry, Good luck to your lil business with the horrible customer service. They sad i cursed at them through email... where? This is a corny company obviously they working from home if they feel they can speak to people like the trash they are. Internet thugs!
My mom tried ordering my daughter an outfit for her second birthday. Supposedly, it says shipping 3-4 weeks. My mom says she never saw it, and told the woman she could have missed it and she was sorry. When my mom asked if it could possibly arrive by August 17, she was called a $#*!ing idiot. The woman also told her she was a horrible mother not have this outfit. How INSANE? Who in their right mind would speak to customers this way?
I have never written one bad review in my life. But the woman that spoke to my mother was so out of line. I'm so angry. Please do not EVER use this place of business. It is not a good or professional business!
I ordered an outfit 5 weeks in advance and never received. It did say shipping may take 3-4 weeks and I gave them 5 but never got merchandise. I emailed with no response back and I was very polite. 4.5 weeks in i asked if I could get an update just incase I needed to make other arrangements. And I didn't get any answer to the phone call.
This was my first time ordering from Shirtango and I have to say they were awesome, even through the pandemic the Tutu came on time, and it was even better then I saw on the site they truly made my daughters birthday special! I highly recommend them, if you have a special occasion and need something of great quality! Thank you again for making my daughters birthday complete!
I ordered three personalized tee shirts for my baby boy's first birthday. I simply inquired about my order and was met with the utmost unprofessional and rude responses! I was practically called stupid and told I couldn't read! They offer expedited shipping(for more money of course) and delayed shipping(Due to the pandemic) all at the same time?! I was told if i said anything RACIST (huh?) I would be denied service! My shirts clearly were of an african American baby! I truly believe that this company is racist themselves! In hindsight of all that is happening in this country, I believe they labeled me immediately and were rude because of their OWN VIEWS! They cancelled my order! They were blatant and just nasty, simply because I wanted to follow up because nothing was being updated on the order! They did in fact say my order would be shipped in 3-4 weeks I didn't email them until the 3 week mark had passed.

This crazy person sent over 25 emails within 1 hour to an automated email reply bot because she thought it was a human she was talking to, even though every reply back said this is not a human, this is a automated reply and it was the same message... for some Crazy reason she argued with the email reply bot for 1 hour until she realized what was going on and THEN she started sending us threatening emails and cursing at us, at that point her order was cancelled.
Again people, it’s called a automated reply that google has, you can write a prewritten message that everybody gets, it’s a robot.
If your crazy, don’t waste your time buying from us.
I asked for my order to be expedited. Customer service agreed. I asked if the fee would be added to my card. They, sent me a link without explaining what to do inside the link. I asked what was I supposed to do as I didn't know if that site was for me to track my shipment or what. Below is the conversation between the rep and I. We cancelled the buyers' order after they started cursing at our employees, we do not tolerate that sort of harassment here, this is why they are upset. As you can tell by her photos, she cursed out one of our employees that was trying to help.

I ask one question about my order and they got smart everytime I reply back they call me dumb and stupid and told me they couldn't understand my broken English but could respond back to everything I said. They also said I must be on drugs! You don't talk to someone that's spending money with ur company I will never I mean never spend my money with y'all again I just want my money back! I emailed to inquire about a purchase that I made over a month ago and had not arrived I don't believe that I was rude in any way merely just asking because I had ordered something from my daughter's third birthday amasha and the bear tutu dress which I was excited to have her wear at her birthday party for over a hundred guests. My daughter's birthday is already coming gone We made altern ate changes to her outfit and she had a wonderful party but I still wanted to inquire where the outfit was. The customer service reached out with me in an aggressive manner and stated that because I lived in a trailer park it must have been stolen off my porch So somebody probably used it to buy crack. I ordered around the 8th of November saw the shipping time later after further researching page. Reach out to them ask for expedited shipping in which I was told would be $20 extra. Paid it and few days later ask for tracking number. Order was suppose to arrive by 11/18/2020 never responded back to my email and never recieve order. I will be issuing fraud against them. They will never prosper
I placed an order today on 5/18 and simply asked if they believe my order will not be delivered by 6/13 that I will like to proceed with a rush delivery and asked what do I need to do on my end to proceed. It just went down hill from that email. I am shocked on the rude response I recieved.

We just got back from our trip, it was one of the best trips we have ever had. Thankfully we purchased from here instead, we saved over 50 dollars buying from shirtango and we used that savings at the park.
This person operating this is very immature, cursed me out, called me several names, continued to harass me from different emails ALL because I asked to cancel because I couldn't wait a month for my items. I have to now file charges against the company. It was the worst experience I think I've had in life over $25.
Customer service is great! I reached out before placing order to make sure I would receive it on time and they were very helpful! Got here when they said it would and my baby was ready to put it on right away we love it!
I have read alot of negative reviews about shirtango. But I'm here stay that I am a very happy customer. There customer services was awesome. When I email them they communicated back quickly and was very friendly. My product was suppose to come a week before my daughter birthday but they made sure it was here 2 weeks before time. I ordered a shirt on September 20th. I have not received any updated emails, no shipping info nor any tracking # info. I kindly emailed them to ask where my order was and I got called "uneducated" and they was putting the emoji as if they are making fun of me. I for a fact know I had not received an email, I check it daily. This gift was for a 7 year old girls b-day and now I've had to request a refund because I still do not have the item I ordered and get bash talked by customer service. I hope your business gets ruined for all the rudeness you give toward customers because I promise I will never order from this site again. Sooo unprofessional.

I will not do business with Shirtango again. They have very poor customer service. They communicate when they take your money. When you question them about your order, they send you to a generic email about shipping and you never hear from anyone. This was horrible customer service. Finally, if you question about your order they send this email saying don't curse at them or they will cancel your order because they are family owned but yet they don't respond.

This disgusting thing kept telling us over and over again that we didn’t have shipping info on our site and kept calling us a fake company for not having shipping info on our site.
When we took screenshots to show her we did have this info on their, she said we just added it on Right now. This made them very triggered after they saw they were wrong. Then Both the mother and daughter then started email harassing us back to back calling us frauds for no reason at all, at that point we cancelled their order and refunded them.
Once again if you don’t know how to read something in front of you, don’t blame somebody else for your problems.
We have sold to over 40 thousand customers this year and the only people we have issues with are the ones that can’t read which is about 1 percent, the rest of the sales go perfectly with no problems ever.
