It would of been zero stars if possible I ordered products for my daughter party for September 19th to be delivered September 17th paid for Rush shipping and still haven't received product. Have been emailing and still haven't heard anything back from them and it says 24 to 48hrs just trying to get a refund.
I ordered a shirt and lol tutu for my granddaughter for her sixth birthday in August and it is now October 22,2020 and I still don't have it. Calling amazon and getting them involved as they paid them with my card.
I bought a "Cocomelon" outfit for my Goddaughter's 2nd birthday and paid for rush shipping and it got here just in time! And the onesie fit perfectly! The skirt was a tad too big but... without body measurements it's hard to get that 100% right. Either way, my baby girl LOVED the onesie and didn't want to take it off, even at bed time lol
Order an outfit for my daughter, got it on time. The sales department did an amazing job. They delivered on time, even when I ordered 3 weeks before my daughter's birthday. And the outfit it's beautiful and well made, I will ordered another outfit for my other daughter's birthday. I'm really happy with my purchase.
I ordered an outfit for my daughters birthday, when I realized it wouldn't arrive in time I emailed to cancel the order. I was told if I paid an extra 15 dollars they could have it to me on time. The outfit only cost 25 dollars, I wasn't paying 15 for shipping. Got a nasty email back. Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional.
I ordered a shirt for my daughters birthday. I ordered this shirt on the 3rd of May. My daughters birthday is June 12. Still hasn't arrived! And when I reached out to customer service, they blamed USPS, and protesters for my package being weeks late. Unprofessional is an understatement. Sorry if the truth hurt you sweetie, but its been mentioned all over the news in the past week that usps has been slowed down due to the riots and protesting, maybe try getting your facts straight before trying to call somebody out.

I placed an order june 21st. Here we are july 28th and nothing. No product, no update and definitely no response to the multiple emails, texts and phone calls. They took the money from my account the same day, that was no issue but getting the product I ordered, thats a problem. The site does say due to covid expect 3-4 weeks shipping time. But its been 5. And there has been no response from them at all. Horrible. Very horrible.

I ordered an outfit for my daughter's birthday party about 4 weeks on advance, the week before her party i emailed them to get an approximate shipping date or timeline and was told 3-4 weeks unless I pay an additional $10 rush shipping fee. When I asked for just about when I could expect shipping I received a gibberish email of random letters, when I questioned this I was told "I just wanted to make sure you read english since you ignored my first email". At this point I said I don't appreciate the tone and I'd appreciate them being respectful and decent, at this point I was told I've been nothing but ride and disrespectful so they'll refund my money and cancel my order. This was to be the main gift for my three year old daughter so her whole birthday party is thrown off because of this. I don't know in what world asking for an update or timeline for shipping is rude and disrespectful but I guarantee I'll never order here again. Do yourself a favor and never shop here!
Pathetic, this disgusting person is lying. She didn't read our shipping time, after we told her what the shipping time frame was she decided to ignore us and pretend we never told her. Then she proceeded to ask the same question once again.
At this point we didnt want to deal with her lies and drama so we cancelled her order so we could move her along.
As stated twice on all pages, we dont ship for 3 to 4 weeks, this is why we have the lowest prices on the internet.

I purchased this for my little girls birthday party. I didn't read where it said it took 3-4 weeks to arrive. So I emailed them and they responded quickly and was very nice and made sure it was there on time! I ordered the onsie and skirt and bow. It was so cute! And she looked adorable in it. Good quality too
I recently placed my first order with Shirtango and I must say I was so very pleased with the service. I requested some modifications to the order and I had also requested that the order be rushed. Shirtango met my needs and now I have chosen to labeled the company as one of my favorites to shop at. My first order was for my 6 year old granddaughter. My grand son's birthday is coming up in November and I will be shopping at Shirtango for his gift as well!
I thought the overall communication was good from Shirtango. The quality of my items was great for my twins birthday party and perfect for our theme. We received lots of compliments on the shirts and tutu!

It has been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I still have not received it.
I have send a couple emails asking what the status of my order is and have gotten no response.
I have wrote a message to them through their website... no response.
I have called the phone number provided, several times and left a message every time except once because it wouldn't let me. The recording said their mailbox was full. Clearly they do not check their messages.
These people are very unprofessional and I strongly recommend no one order from them.
I emailed them only twice to check on two different things they emailed me back with the rudest emails and then when I said wow that was rude they said yup it was and your rude for waistin our time and then canceled my order like wwwooooowwww never had this kinda experience before
Why don't these people ever show all the emails seriously, what a joke. Please lay down that crack pipe its causing you brain damage. This rude and disgusting buyer kept emailing us every single day asking the same question over 15 times, every day. This is what drugs do to you... We gave them the same answer over and over again, at this point this had turned into harassment, after asking her to stop she said she wouldn't and was going to ruin our business.

I purchased the dress for my granddaughters third birthday.
I was afraid it wouldn't be here in time so I sent an email that I needed it for Saturday morning They responded right away and told me I would have it in time. Thankfully it was here Saturday morning by 915 am! Great customer service and the dress was adorable. My granddaughter LOVED it. I will order from here again and recommend o my friends
I bought a t shirt for my daughter's party and was assured I would receive it on time for her party with was weeks away. It didnt come on time things happen but it kepted getting worse. 2 months later and I still didnt receive it. I had to email them over and over... then they told me they didnt know why it never came and would overnight it to me. Some of their emails were getting hostile and rude. A few weeks later a t shirt came to my door in the wrong color. I politely emailed them asking for the correct color thinking it would be no problem to fix. I was VERY wrong. I was emailed back in a way that was rude, angry, demeaning and absolutely terrible customer service that was basically yelling at me threw an email. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately you did Not order pink, you ordered a black shirt, you did not make a note of the color as stated to do so in the listing, " meaning you chose black" you can login your account yourself and see it or look at your order confirmation email, you also didn't write any notes in the cart section saying you wanted the color pink, all this can be verify, please have a look.

Customer service was very unprofessional. I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday. 3 weeks and 2 days later it doesn't show it as even being shipped. I contacted customer service. They weren't very friendly. I'll never order from them again, and my daughter doesn't have a birthday dress now

I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday, I have yet to receive a tracking number so I emailed them and I told them if they don't think they'll be able to send it in time i'll just take a refund. They told me no they'll rather make an adjustment to ship it sooner still haven't received a tracking so I told them once again I would just like a refund and they refused so I told them i'll just dispute through my bank and they started cursing at me telling me they don't gaf.
