I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday, I have yet to receive a tracking number so I emailed them and I told them if they don't think they'll be able to send it in time i'll just take a refund. They told me no they'll rather make an adjustment to ship it sooner still haven't received a tracking so I told them once again I would just like a refund and they refused so I told them i'll just dispute through my bank and they started cursing at me telling me they don't gaf.
Don't waste your time or your money with this company. I asked for their professional opinion and received the complete opposite. The outfit was too small and I did not receive it on time after paying for rush delivery service. I reached out and the response was poor and uncaring. I definitely DO NOT recommend you or anyone else use this bum company. You will be DISAPPOINTED.

This has got to be the most unprofessional and rudest company! They have horrible customer service. They canceled my order after waiting almost a month for shipping status simply bc i asked about my order. They guaranteed that I would get my children's tshirt by last Friday (for their bday themed party). Imagine everyone wearing the tshirts for your children's themed bday party, but your own children don't have their tshirts that you ordered over a month prior to their party! After not receiving the shirts in the mail, I emailed asking about it as well as their guarantee about having it, and they canceled my order. No explanation given. They are horrible, and sadly, they give black owned businesses a terrible name. If i could give this company 0 stars, that would be too much.
When I placed my order, I hadn't realized that the order wouldn't ship for a couple of weeks. Disappointed, I emailed requesting cancellation and not only did I receive a very prompt response, but was also offered rush shipping and a promise for my order to arrive on the desired date. The requested turnaround was 6 days and I was extremely worried that even with a promise, it wouldn't get here. I emailed them again and was reassured that the order would still arrive on time, that it would be sent to me overnight. Well, it arrived on time and I was pleased.
I ordered a JoJo siwa dress that offered a personalized dress, name and birthday age, for my granddaughter 5th birthday July 24. We exchanged emails and one of the emails I was in the wrong and I apologized. The response was sarcastic and just not customer service friendly. I was quoted a dress would arrive the 25th of August, no show. Then quoted another date of August 29th. Well her birthday is tomorrow and still no dress. I am very disappointed and will NEVER order from there again. Maybe they deliver like 'Wish', you wish it makes it on time. No way to do business and that explains the 2.5 stars as well.
I ordered a bday outfit for my 4 year old these people were wonderful it was so beautiful shes gonna look like a beautiful bday doll they did a wonderful job got here in a timely matter it's hard to explain I would definitely reccomend them and will be a reg customer

Omg first time I order from them and is just beautiful my daughter is very happy and exited to wear her outfit for her birthday by mistake I order regular shipping and they answer to me right away when I ask about my concerns and they help me to be able to get on time for her party we are extremely happy with the service and definitely will order with them again
My wife ordered a birthday tutu from them September 2nd. We asked them if we could get it by October 3rd for our daughter's birthday party they said yes it would ship out Friday a week before her party. Well it never shipped Friday so we emailed them to see why then they tell us it'll ship out Monday and be here Thursday 2 days before her party well still never shipped. Tried emailing them and calling the number off the page no answer so we just canceled it. It's sad that they can cancel a order in mins but can't answer a email that's pretty sad. Don't order here we can't have our little girls party in what she wanted now thanks to them they should be shut down or sued for not giving people what they order and the fact that they lie

Everything came on time. I did rush shipping, and they were able to get it to me the day before I need it. The quality was very excellent even though my daughter's skirt was slightly too big. I did send an email because I was afraid they weren't going to get to me on time since no one sent me the tracking information. They replied in the same day and sent me the information.
So irresponsable, made my order on 09/25 so that I can have it in a month, but they never made it and did not inform me. A week before my baby birthday I email them and they said they send it, but when I asked for a tracking number they never responded. Did not refund my money, so I had to call my bank to an investigation so that I can get my refund.
You purchased this 2 and half weeks ago, we told you our shipping time frame and we told you our shipping info was located twice on every page, since then we never heard back to you until today. Im not sure why you are lying.
I emailed about my order because I did not know there would be 3-4 weeks before they actually shipped the products. So after 10 days of no updates I searched around and saw that info. I emailed and asked about shipping updates. The person was rude from the start. I btw never cursed at them or was even rude till they kept being rude. Still never cursed them. I have never dealt with such a rude company. All I wanted to know was would I receive my purchase before my event. They said yes and still continued to be rude. They turned around and canceled my order stating fraudulent charges. I told them I would leave a review they deserved. This happens to be my first 1 star review ever. If this will allow I will be willing to upload screenshots of the conversation. I was really disappointed with how this was handled. I've worked with the public since I started working and I've never acted the way this person did toward one of my customers.
Customer is lying, they didn't search for anything, they got upset because we had to tell them about our shipping tab that was on every page, this embarrassed them very much and they got very triggered about it. They kept claiming that we just added the shipping button TODAY and it wasn't there before. LOL
They became very rude to us and threaten to harm us and our company because they didn't see the shipping tab located on every page. We canceled their order right away after this happened because we do not tolerate any type of disrespect toward our agents or our company.

Shipping can take weeks as advertised but with rush order I was able to get my shirt right on time. Everyone loved my shirt at the party and will be ordering from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews about this 'company' before placing my order. I ordered a few shirts back in July for my child's birthday and made sure there was enough time to receive the items. I wasn't sent a tracking number after 5 weeks, and contacting customer service lead nowhere. Whoever is running it is rude and degrading, refusing to send a refund for my order. I give up. I have never dealt with such a cash scam before, and it's obvious I am not receiving my order nor my refund. Every single negative review on the Better Business Bereau's website has a snarky reply from the owner calling every single customer a "scammer" and "fake review". Don't pay this scammer for products you aren't gonna receive.
This person is a scammer and said they didn't receive their order even though ups shows a signed signature, they tried disputing the charge but of course we won and they are upset because they couldn't scam us.

I ordered a shirt/tutu last month for my 3 y. O & paid $15.00 for a rush shipping. The order never came and today I received a nasty text from someone from the company. I was called out of my name and all. This behavior is disgusting and should not be tolerated. I advise all potential customers to NOT do business with this company. Very unprofessional
