Poor service they think it's a joke to leave people on read and not reply to emails when it proteins you business I blew them up trying to pay for rush order with no reply but when it came to arguing they reply quick with no problem how ironic will never in life ask to do business ever again they suck
Ordered a shirt from here. Inquired the time for shipping. Customer service was rude and condescending. I requested refund. Refuse to be talked to in this manner. Will never receive my business again.
I found this site looking for a birthday present for my niece who was turning 6. Her birthday is in mid-August so I ordered July 11 expecting the shipping to be just as long as the website states (3 to 4 weeks), which it was 4 weeks, so be sure to order well in advance. My niece loves tu-tus and I thought their customize shirt & tutu set was really cute! I was right, she and everyone else loved it. The only downside was I thought the tutu was going to be a bit longer, but overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would order again.
I found this site on Facebook. My daughter's 3rd birthday party is coming up and I saw her theme bubble guppies! I ordered her an outfit as well as 4 shirts and only paid a few cents over $69 for all of that! The only thing I became afraid of was that it wouldn't make it on time but it did! And I absolutely love them! Thanks you guys! Great work at a great price and exactly what I asked for size and all!
I made a purchase on 10/17 and no noticed no movement on my order so I decided to send them an email on 10/25. I received a response stating I could pay an additional amount to have it shipped faster and as written on their site it take 3-4 weeks which I admit I overlooked and decided to review. So my next question was just to gain clarity on if I would receive my item in 3-4 weeks or if it will be shipped. The response felt a little snappy but I let it go more time passed so I decided to read the reviews. The reviews alone made me question my purchase so I asked family and they agreed I should cancel my order. I have been in the customer service industry a long and the emails people posted SHOCKED ME. I am canceling my order.
So basically your just as stupid as all the others that left negative reviews because they didn't understand our shipping time posted on every page. Just because we have the cheapest prices around doesn't mean we need to attract the dumbest around.
BUY IT! Opted for the rush shipping and items arrived as expected. The outfits purchased were unicorn and jojo t shirts and skirts. Each garment was of very good size and quality. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.
I'm not hiding any emails, not trying to scam Shirtango over $12 and change. All I wanted was a birthday T-Shirt for my sons 3rd birthday. I didn't use profanity, I did insult "it" because it said it states 2-3 weeks on every page for shipping in the website. This thing here, replying to customers is probably the type that won't confront anyone face to face.

They do not deliver on time and are unbelievably rude when you contact with them. Never in my life have I been called names by a business owner, I was shocked. I also don't believe that they are black-owned. Stay away from this company!

Here's a screen shot of just a few of their replies calling me the "F" word, among other things. All of this started because I didn't see any delivery info on my invoice and emailed to find out approximately when my purchase would arrive. There is no excuse to treat a customer this way. Read their responses online to the many negative customer reviews. They resort to name-calling and profanity to defend themselves, rather than trying to do better and keep their customers. Shameful company!
LOL, we cancelled your order because of your threatheing email, not because you asked about your order. Funny anytime we cancel somebody's order after they curse at us or threaten us, they automatically all leave the same exact reviews, its like all you morons think exactly alike, how pathetic.

Ordered and didn't receive any shipping info in the first two weeks so I wrote them to find out they switching to Amazon pay only, no tried contacting me to lmk. Then after a couple of emails back the rep is going to catch an attitude and act like I'm annoying them so rude...

This company will not reply back at all made an order August 30 and paid for rush shipping and still no response or update on product. They just stop replying to my email for my outfit. Now I have a six year old daughter with out an outfit for her birthday. Its sad that your are making kids lose out on such a beautiful outfit they think they are going to wear and it never shows up. Sad very sad. This company needs to be removed from the internet and blocked ASAP!
I ordered on october 13 they guaranteed my shipment several times by november 6th even charged me extra for this. Then her birthday comes and goes with no shirts for her or the family. I contacted them by phone and email 2 days before her birthday and no response. Today the day after her party it isnt their problem i should contact ups... terrible terrible customer service please dont use them if you dont have months to wait. They dont care about families or the outcome of them shipping late.
We are not UPS, this is out of our hands, once again you need to contact them to see what the issue is, it was shipped off with plenty of time.

I can't say enough about this company's customer service. They kept me informed of delivery and the shirt was perfect. Wish I had a picture of my grandson's face when he saw the shirt. I will be using this company again. Thank you so much for making my 2 year old grandson so very happy!
Horrible customer service they do not provide any shipping or tracking information on your purchase & when you inquire about your purchase they send you an email stating they have cancelled your order & you don't get your money refunded. If you google them you will see they have currently had several complaints recently with the better business bureau reported. I waited a month never got my daughters shirt for her 1st birthday & they still have not answered me back with a tracking number.
As stated on our website we don’t ship for 3 to 4 weeks, we offered this customer a chance for faster shipping twice, but both times they ignored us and demanded their item already, since this went against our policies, we cancelled and refunded them right away.

I ordered a tutu dress for my daughter's birthday on January 6 and I have not received anything, I do not answer the calls or send the messages this company is scamming the person and the page was taken away I want my money back
I purchased my items without reading the shipping policy and immediately became worried about my order and was it gonna be here on time. I sent customer service and message to see if I needed to pay for rush delivery. The agent assured me that my order would be here before the date I needed. After 3 weeks of know tracking number or anything I became extremely worried so I messaged again. The agent again assured me that my order would be here and the next day as promised it arrived! I love it! Thank you for dealing with me constantly messaging you and delivering on time. I'll definitely recommend and use Shirtango again.
I placed an ordered over the weekend and after tried to call the number and no one ever picked up.
I decided to wait to the weekday to call again so that I could make corrections and add additional items to the order and still never received a response.
I did leave an email no immediate response and on the next weekday I called several times again.

You left out about 50 messages that you cursed out our employees, threaten to kill us, you kept telling us to watch our backs and promised to hurt us and our children. Where are all those messages at? Why are all these messages edited? You edited all these messages out, maybe if you spent that energy learning to read, you wouldn't have had an issue in the first place. We dont deal with thugs that threaten to kill us or our employees or curse at us. Its sad to see that you didnt post all the real messages and only the ones that make you like ok, if people only knew what you actually wrote between and before all these messages. Good luck kid.
These are the most disrespectful, unprofessional, rude people that I've ever heard of not only do you not get your product, but they refuse to refund you and they'll curse you out like you're wrong if you reach out to them! I've never heard of any customer service being like this in my life! I placed 2 orders for my daughter birthday 3 weeks later did not receive the outfit, spoke to them they had me pay for rush delivery, the night before my da bday contact me with some ba talking about they only accept amazon pay and my order cannot be come because they have been trying to contact me, I spoke to them and the reply was very nasty, o will never order from them again, very unprofessional. Answer: Its very easy to get a hold of us, please ignore the customer that said she was being treated as she was stupid, shes just upset that we cancelled her order after she cursed out our employee for no reason.

Answer: Scam. Google Shirtango reviews 90% are terrible. You will order not get a shipping number and when you email them you get rudeness and classlessness. Then they say you harrassed them by emailing and cursed them out cancel your order with no foreseeable refund.
