Phoned the day before to confirm details. Phoned again on the day and arrived when he said he would. Had a problem with the receiving garage but transporter was patient and helpful. Got the job done with minimal fuss. Thank you.

There were multiple offers to take on the job, so the hardest part was actually choosing which company to go with. Once we had picked the company, communication was quick and easy and everything went to plan.

Easy to use system and it is down to the individual which contractor you use. Couldn't beat the service. The contractor we chose was not the cheapest but we had constant communication and the product arrived in great condition.

Have used to collect a couple of items. Like the fact you can easily communicate with providers prior to accepting quote so any extra charges ie charge for stairs, packing can be understood.

Nice box to tick for EBay collections to show courier what they are collecting with link, but not appreciated it's difficult to get phone numbers and emails through EBay filters that you ned for their subsequent form. Good price though as half that of other local couriers! Had great couriers SundayDeliveries4u which always helps..

The price the service and the communication was first class, have used them before and will certainly use them again.

Very nice driver and minimal complications the only one issue was thecollection place for the washing machine was shut over the weekend, which the driver found out for me!

Should be a way of refunding deposits where the courier makes things difficult to arrange collection
