Awful, awful company. They don't vet their drivers at all. I've ended up with a delivery company who only deliver once per week, during a 3 hour window. They are now holding my sofa ransom because I'm not able to be in from 1pm-3pm on a Thursday. Shiply customer service won't intervene, were rude, unhelpful and totally useless. Worse than Gumtree. Total scam company!

Very impressed with how it all works, was easy to put quote up and get response back to the quote, very easy to navigate through the quotes and communicate with those providing the quotes, once happy was easy to select quote and pay the deposit. Would recommend and use Shipley again if needed.

Quotes arrived thick and fast and from very high to very low. I quickly sorted out a man with a van to collect my items and deliver them to my door in a time frame acceptable to the seller and myself. Great price, great service and i was very pleased.
