Predatory fees everywhere. $5+ for a thin layer of bubble wrap on your products which don't offer much protection. Ridiculously expensive "consolidation" fees just for them to throw 3 of your items into a box. I recently paid $20 for 3 small items to be "consolidated."
Horrible service. I had a missing package for over a week. Turns out they added it to a different customers stuff!
All services are WAY more expensive unless you subscribe to their membership, something that isn't clear until after you start consolidating and processing your packages. Watch out.
Shipping rates aren't even that good. Look elsewhere for a more reputable company.
Received open items. Was told due to shipito inspection prior to shipping. Some leaked and i did not get any claim over it, lost over 150 USD. Lesson learned and currently looking for a different forwarding company
Shipito provided an excellent service and their University training videos were most helpful. The entire process was easy and ran smoothly. I'm looking forward to using them in future and recommend them highly.
First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
I wanted to order goods for myself and have them delivered to Portugal. I entered all the details into their price calculator, and it showed that the delivery would be $30 USD. I thought, "Great!" and proceeded with the order. However, when my goods arrived, I was informed that due to a jar of spirits in my order, the delivery cost had increased to $130. I found it surprising that their calculator didn't have a category for such items, leading to different pricing. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the $130. But then, I discovered that Shipito would charge me an additional $95 for packaging. It's frustrating when you're not informed about these costs upfront. In the end, I had to pay a total of $260 for shipping, and they only informed me of this after my goods were already in their warehouse. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!
I used the service to consolidate and ship multiple packages through a single shipment from the USA to Italy and I must say that the service was really excellent, no kind of problem. The items after consolidation were packed excellently and the shipment was consistent with the times indicated. Really recommended!
Ridiculously overpriced shipping sefvices. Charges shipping at the highest price in market. Would love to see a cost breakdown of how they come up with their shipping fees. And how much they add on to prices quoted. Just because they can. DO NOT USE and consider other providers with more competitive pricing.
I've used many international shipping companies in my time and this has to be the worst I have dealt with. The website is terrible and confusing to use and the hidden costs are ridiculous they will force your parcel storage time to laps and keep your parcel
I think this company steals from packages and after that if you contradict them they start asking you for documents and they don't take you serious anymore and they don't answer anymore. I do not recommend this company Shipito
I bought a cell phone from Backmarket, when the order arrived at the Shipito warehouse, I was notified by email.
I declared my order, made the payment and they sent it to me in Angola. The order arrived safely. I recommend sending packages via Shipito.
Do not use shipito. The costs are super high for small parcels. My expected delivery date has come and gone, my tracking information hasn't been updated in over a week and their ticket system, as other reviews have mentioned, is nonsense. No one has gotten back to me. I've paid $60 for absolutely nothing and there is no way to get help from customer service. I guess I'm just out the money.
I'm client of Shipito more than a 5 years. But after my last experience have to look for alternative service providers.
I have ordered delivery of the package to Serbia on 21 October 2022. The package were lost. The fact that package lost was confirmed by support team in November 2022.
Although I have paid for insurance, I haven't received replacement or my money back... Since November 2022 I constantly trying to understand what is happening and obtain money or goods and nothing happened. The support team is ignoring my requests and can respond once per month without any concrete actions.
I would say that if you are just planning to use this service especially in Europe - look for another services... It will save your money and time.
I'm a new customer of Shipito since beginning of June-2021. One package made it so far into my suite but another package got lost even if Tracking ID show's it got delivered. I contacted their support and opened support tickets but since they confirmed that the package is lost nothing else happened. They're just always telling it's with their claim department but this seems to be their black hole.

Shipito is a great choice to get whatever you want from the USA. You can get your packages consolidated into a single box at an affordable price. They have lots of shipping choices around the world. Insurance is available and you can make special requests. Everything is working fine. If you need to contact customer support it can take a few days to get the issue solved, that is only bad thing I have found however there are lots of benefits of using it. I would definitely recommend it. I usually buy from Argentina.
I've been using Shipito for years with always excellent results. Tried another service years ago once for a shipment to Canada---cheap rate, but they were a disaster, so I went back to Shipto. Most recently I shipped a parcel to Athens, Greece using RRD Express Mail. RRD Express Mail is usually the best for shipping from the US to Greece: not the speediest, but reliable and you get a tracking number that works well. The big savings are in customs clearance charges in Greece---couriers charge a fortune, where the postal service courier is very reasonable. The present shipment went smoothly. The usual week or so delay in LA airport, then it made it to Greece in a few days. Delivered today, so a little more than 3 weeks from Oregon to Athens, Greece. Got charged 5.00 EUR for customs clearance plus the usual VAT. Couriers will charge 10 times that as a flat fee for "Clearance" or else you have to go to the airport and clear the package yourself.
I have used Shipito's mail forwarding services for seven occasions so far. I am beyond thrilled with this company. They are professional, fast in process and also very fair priced. Shipito have saved me much money, only during a couple of months. Highly recommended!
Everything went well! Package was tracked, arrived safely and relatively quick. Moreover, I think it's great that Shipito has a variety of shipping options instead of offering just one or two methods!

This is a very reliable and economic service for all the goods I like to purchase in the US and have them sent over to Europe by Shipito. Shipments are processed promptly. Have also used their assisted shopping option, which was great too. I could not be more satisfied - highly recommended!
I have had a Shipito account since 2014 but used only 3 times so far, no problems whatsoever. It works as advertised and they have earned my trust. Ordered a UV protection rashguard from Quicksilver on Aug 6 2018. My package arrived Sept. 7, weeks before the calculated delivery date, even though i used the cheapest and the slowest Airmail Economy delivery option (to Croatia, Europe). Very satisfied with the service, and will definitely keep using it.
