First time using a freight forwarder to ship a package from US to Australia. The website was relatively easy to use, I could track my package and make payment with no fuss as the website was user friendly. They were very quick to ship out my package after I made payment for shipping on the same day it arrived. Was a bit hesitant at first due to reviews I read online but in my experience, they have been excellent and am glad to go with them over the other competitors. Rates were also good as I expected double of what I had to pay in the end.
Predatory fees everywhere. $5+ for a thin layer of bubble wrap on your products which don't offer much protection. Ridiculously expensive "consolidation" fees just for them to throw 3 of your items into a box. I recently paid $20 for 3 small items to be "consolidated." Horrible service. I had a missing package for over a week. Turns out they added it to a different customers stuff! All services are WAY more expensive unless you subscribe to their membership, something that isn't clear until after you start consolidating and processing your packages. Watch out. Shipping rates aren't even that good. Look elsewhere for a more reputable company.

Very good service. Quick feedback. Easy to follow the steps on the website. For items that are only available in the US, this is a great way to order and have them shipped to Europe.

I've been using Shipito on and off for a few years, and have always had great experiences. The process is so straightforward, the site is easy to use, and the fees are low.

I declared my order, made the payment and they sent it to me in Angola. The order arrived safely. I recommend sending packages via Shipito.

Shipito is a great choice to get whatever you want from the USA. You can get your packages consolidated into a single box at an affordable price. They have lots of shipping choices around the world. Insurance is available and you can make special requests. Everything is working fine. If you need to contact customer support it can take a few days to get the issue solved, that is only bad thing I have found however there are lots of benefits of using it. I would definitely recommend it. I usually buy from Argentina.

I submitted a shipment request on 1/14. Shipito confirmed via their website and an email that the item would ship shortly. They then waited to ship the item until after my storage had expired, then waited 10 days to notify me of the delay, then attempted to extort another $20 for storage fees. I really wish I'd read more reviews about this company before working with them.

I cannot be any happier with Shipito, my front and rear swaybars was bought from ebay USA but seller didn't offer shipping options to Australia so I used shipito's service, the seller did not package the parts properly so by the time it reached shipito's warehouse it was falling a part! Shipito surprised me by doing a complimentary re-packing of my items into a brand new box complete with bubble wrap inside for protection. Because of this my package ended up smaller and lighter which inturn made my fee's cheaper! I've been using this company for the past 10 years and not once have I've been disappointed! I doubted it at first since it was my first time using shipito and ive also read a lot of mixed reviews on sitejabber! I was so concerned i sent my package with insurance just so that if it didn't reach me, i could issue a claim. But all-in-all, im satisfied with shipito.
Hopefully i don't run into problems when i choose to use shipito again.

I have been a Shipito customer since 2012. While there have been hiccups along the way (including for example a package that was shipped to Russia instead of Australia and got lost over there), I never complained before.
However, most recently they charged me twice to send the same package to Australia and I ended up paying $241.42 handling and shipping costs to Shipito (plus shipping costs within the US to get items to Shipito) for a package worth $650. Customer service has been completely unresponsive for weeks and there has been no reimbursement for the double shipping fees.
They used to be quite OK, but costs are going up and customer service is going down. I will not ship packages through them again.
Update:
After more than three weeks of no information and no responses to my various emails, customer service suddenly reimbursed the double shipping charges. Bottomline: What could have been easily resolved within a day or two dragged out for several weeks and caused significant frustration and delay in shipment. I upgraded my Overall rating from one to three stars, but maintain that this was one of the worst customer experiences I have had in a long time.
Shipito stole my smart watch and replaced it with a Santa figurine box, so that I can not recognize it from the photos they sent me (i. E. deceive me that it is the smart watch box in the Christmas wrapping). I only realized the situation when the goods were delivered. By that time, they refused all responsibility. I thank them for this expensive Christmas lesson and moving on. I hope no one will ever be cheated by this company like I was, so I am leaving this review everywhere possible to raise the awareness.
Edit: 30/1/2020 After my original review, shipito rep contacted me, reviewed the case, and said that it could be that Amazon sent a wrong item. I made a claim with Amazon and was immediately refunded under "damaged item". However, I am not sure if Amazon sent a wrong item or they just do a refund automatically (historically when I claimed they just refunded me, so 5* for Amazon). Overall, I wish the shipito's person who originally handled my claim did a better job at explaining things, so that I did not have to post negative feedbacks. I am upgrading my review score from bad (1) to neutral (3) to reflect this development.
Great consolidation of products as they arrived in great condition. Consistent discussion with DHL to ensure all issues are solved and package delivered timely.
After a long ongoing issue (see previous review), Shipito decided to accept responsibility for throwing my outer box away and reimbursed the amount. So credit where credit is due. It took awhile and persistence but Shipito did come good, Still, thank you Shipito but you need to put in place a quick process to resolve disputes.
