I can only say what they do is criminal. They will not refund your money and keep sending you the same email in response to all yours. Shocking company. I will never deal with a Chinese company again.

Disgraceful

I bought my wedding dress from this site as qe had just had a baby 3 weeks previous and we were really short on money and just wanted to look my best for our price range i taught i had hit the jackpott only to recieve my dress with holes in it, the wrong size and too long and they would do nothing about it it they should be ashamed of themselves as it cost me the amount i paid for the dress to get it altered with the help of my mother in law! Dont ever buy anything from these, if i could give 0 stars i would!

READ REVIEWS AND AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT YOU ARE WARNED! Changes name of company the whole time so be aware! Stay away from beautiful photo's because it is nothing like photo's when you receive it! Promises you alterations and refunds - never receive! Talks about what low money they live on and to accept a couple of quid - list just goes on and on and on! If you like to throw away money go ahead but, if you ideally want what you pay for avoid the company and most from overseas as they trade under different names! READ REVIEWS AND AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT YOU ARE WARNED!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's year 11 prom. She wears a size 10 so I ordered a size 10 expecting a well fitted dress. Instead I got a tight fitting dress that was not like what they had described. When I asked for a refund I got offered an 8% refund only if I took pictures of the dress on my daughter and emailed it to them! After countless emails asking for a full refund or a reimbursement for the tailoring fee for the alteration of the dress I finally agreed to a 12% refund cost which tbh doesn't even cover the delivery cost (£20). I even asked for an exchange for the dress. It has been over three weeks since I agreed to the 12% refund and I am yet to receive any sort of refund. Everything the website says is false and the whole site is a scam trap waiting to happen. Customer service is non existent, the website has a contact number you can call however the number doesn't even go through let alone allows you to voice your concern

Please Do Not buy from this site. It's a complete scam. I ordered a dress and when it arrived it was nothing like the one they were advertising on their site. They refuse to refund me the money and I am stuck with a dress that is only good for wiping floors. Avoid like the plague. It's a rip off. I am truly disappointed and feel I have been conned. You should try and make people aware of this

This is the worst case scenario for any consumer. A company with a UK registered website but actually trading from abroad. Service levels are the worst we have ever experienced. Quality of the product is utter rubbish. Anyone ordering from this so called company is throwing their money away, you would be better off cladding yourself in a bin bag than buy from this scam company, not only would you save your money but you would look better in a bin bag than the rubbish they supply.
The scenario is the same, you place your order for a special occasion, you handover your hard earned money, you wait for it to arrive, when it does the packaging and presentation is aweful, you find your item looks nothing like what you envisaged on their website, the quality of the material and workmanship is appaling. You contact them by email regarding your concern and as you have all read in the reviews, the scenario thereafter is the same... send pictures, pay for material and we will send you a replacement, it was custom made for you so no refund etc etc etc. Then after you have complained numerous times they offer you a refund... 8% or 10% or 12% or if your really lucky 14%. These offers of refunds will never transpire anyway. Then there's Linda from Customer Services ha ha ha, what a joker, I didn't realise that Linda was a common name in China! So everyone who is in dispute with this company unfortunately you have done your money. Legal action via the small claims court is a case of throwing good money after bad so I would not bother as the company is based abroad and they will certainly never show up at any court hearing.
However, I know of a way that collectively we can severely disrupt the operations of this company and in many cases you will get your money back and because this company collects its money via Visa and MasterCard you will find that their ability to collect money will be stopped therefore hindering their business severely. So I will wait to see how many people respond to this and I will tell you how we can destroy this third rate operation.
SO LINDA, HOPE YOU READ THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE MET YOUR MATCH, YOU NAY NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE BACK THEIR MONEY BUT YOUR ABILITY TO COLLECT MONEY IS ABOUT TO BE SEVERELY HINDERED!

For many girls, prom night is the biggest event of the school year. You want to look - and feel - fabulous! Many cheap dressesuk prom dresses look great on the hanger, and may even look good in the dressing room, but after an hour on the dance floor, poorly made dressescurvissa dresses will pinch, bind or become too loose. Poorly constructed embroidery can become loose and fall off. Remember - you need to look great the entire night, and feeling comfortable in your dress without having to constantly adjust it will make your night memorable for all the right reasons - not because of a dress disaster!

I have ordered two prom dresses from Shillas and they REFUSE to pay notice to my emails that I have non stop sent! They just won't pay notice I have literally spammed them over and over and OVER AND OVER... one of the dresses cost around £180 with the shipping and when it got two me there was noting to look at it basically looked like a costume dress I couldn't wear that to prom! So I bought a different prom dress from a different website but it was the same owner and I hadn't known so I shipped the first one off to them and they're telling me that they haven't received it! Such rude bastards! They keep telling me to go and contact their email seevice but that's no use either and I haven't gotten the money back for either of them they're not refunding the dresses. What should I do? This has been the worst experience of online shopping and never again! How do I get my money back?

I would not recommend this site to anyone who is thinking of buying from Shillas. I ordered and dress to be made to specific measurements for my maid of honour for my wedding. The dress came and did not look the same as the picture and also did not fit correctly. The top of the dress was too big and the dress too long.
I contacted Shillas and they asked for photographs which I was unable to supply due to my maid of honour being out of the country. Before she left I had to buy her another dress as my wedding is in next couple of weeks. I have emailed Shillas and they have been very unhelpful and not willing to refund. There is no return address sent with the parcel and after I asked to speak with complaints department Shillas have topped emailing me back. Disgusting customer service. Their policy for returns and refunds is a LIE they will not refund so don't make the same mistake I have made and do not order from them if you value your hard earned money. I am now looking at taking this further legally.

I ordered my daughter 2 prom dresses so she could decide which one was the best to keep and return the other but I viewed shillas policy and it states that you can only get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours otherwise you would be charged 70% of the material. I cancelled the order 12 minutes after ordering. I cancelled by email as they don't have telephone number. I kept on emailing them and they replied saying they were already making the dresses so I would be charged 70% of the material. I was not happy so I emailed back saying that the policy states full refund if you cancel within 24 hours and I cancelled after 12 minutes. They emailed and said they have cancelled the order and they were sorting my refund and I would get it soon. One week went by and no refund so I emailed them again for 2 weeks they did not reply so I sent emails saying I was going to CAB centre, fraud UK and trading standards. They still never emailed and 5 weeks passed and I still have not received my refund of £191.98. I am very upset and very disappointed. This place needs shutting down it's a scam. I hope nobody buys anything from them.

The dress was nothing then the picture on their website! Wrong colour. I wanted royal blue and I received terquise! I gave my measurements and all was too big without any shape! I will never use their company ever again!

Do not buy anything of this shower of crooks. If you ordered underwear they'd probably send a badly made sock and offer you a 10% refund, which I doubt you'd actually get back.

I ordered a debs dress for my daughter about the only good thing I could say about it was that the colour resembled the website picture. Everything else was wrong and really badly made, ill fitting, poor quality material and fit for the bin.

BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE

I should have read the reviews sooner. I was naive not to have looked at the reviews. First of all, they are not based in the UK. The number on their website is non-existent.

I tried to cancel the order as soon as I realised my mistake, by sending them messages and emails. Staff Linda wouldn't have it. They went ahead with making the dress in spite of my cancellation and told me I still could cancel but have to pay 70% for material fee!

I have spoken to my credit card provider to dispute this transaction.

These people should not be allowed to do transactions anymore. Never again.

Do not buy from this site. They do not do what they say. I am still waiting for my refund. They are cheats. Linda will contact you and still you along. But it will not amount to anything.
They have already been shut down but opened up another site just by changing one letter.
