Like everyone else we have been conned. Ordered dress for my bride's evening gown. When it arrived, it was cheap material, poorly finished with faults in the seems and cost £180. Looked nothing like what we had ordered. Correspondence with Linda was send photos, say they ordered material and then offer 10% refund. All unacceptable. We will contact bank and report to police. I searched the domain name to find out who it was registered with

Same review as everyone else really. These guys are a scam and worthless people. Their online refund policy is a scam. Their whole website in retrospect is a joke. Don't buy from them unless you're ok with getting second rate fraud ugly dresses. They need to be reported. Report here:

If you've also tried to get a refund from them and they are sending you worthless pathetic emails in the middle of the night, don't bother any further. Contact your bank and ask for the money to be returned to you with your proof of emails / receipt of purchase etc. They should be able to do this. Even if you used a debit card. I've read another review where the lady was successful with this route and I am about to be successful also.

I'm super happy! I got my dress the time I scedualled to get it! It's fits me perfectly and I don't even have to get it altered and 99.9% of the time you do especially for prom! I would recommend this site to anyone who is picky with their style and wants their very own one of a kind dress! Many bad reviews got me so worried so I ended up buying another dress just incase! You won't regret it! Although maybe I was that luck 1/100 that got an amazing dress!

Bought a dress for one of my bridesmaids from here. Ordered it to be tailored made. It arrived in the wrong colour and was about 5 sizes too big (genuinely). Asked for details on how I could return it but they refused to share this. Eventually they offered me a 9% refund on the £100 dress. Before I ordered I even checked with them if they would do full refunds if there was any issue and they confirmed yes. It also says this on the website. The last email I received from them when I asked for a rationale response as to why they would not refund fully, simply said "the dresses are already good value, how else can we make a profit?". The dress is totally unwearable, it will probably cost the same amount to get it tailored to fit properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY, IMMORAL COMPANY!

Ordered a dress for my daughters prom, paid extra to have it custom made to her size also £20 for delivery. When the dress arrived it was nothing like what i ordered and was massive all over. Sent numerous email to shillas always got a reply during the night. I ordered straps with the dress they didnt send any. They told me to get it altered my self i took it to a professional who told me it would cost £45 to alter as was massive all over and to make straps for it. I told shillas this who replied with we can offer 10% only, by this time it was 3 days before my daughters prom, so i had to pay to have it done. Guess what still havnt received any refund.
If you dont want a bad experience and a $#*! dress DO NOT ORDER FROM SHILLAS.CO.UK who by the way are not in uk as my dress came from china. They had me sending pics of my daughter wearing it and even admitted it was big, then told me to sort it out, even though there website says full refund if they have made a mistake with size colour dress ect
Please please avoid at all cost, rip off company something needs doing about them.

I order my evening dresses£109 one month ago still not arrived I am emailed them every day where is my evening dresses I am receiving automatic which says DPD tracking number

Purchased address for my daughters graduation, they advised that it would be delivered on the 6th july as i paid a extra £20 for a faster delivery, the dress did not turn up despite several emails and numerous phone calls... to the number that no answers! The dress arrived a week late, and was nothing at all like the one i ordered, i wouldn't even wash the floor with it.
I've contacted them via email and I've now lost count as to how many I've sent, they don't reply till through the night so i now wake up each morning to a email from them and getting no where fast. They now want me to send them photos with the dress on my daughter to show them whats wrong with it, like I've said regardless as to whats wrong with it they did not deliver the dress in the timescale that was giving! Please don't buy off this site they should be shut down as it looks like they have upset a lot of people.

HAVE JUST BEEN COMPLETELY CONNED BY THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS! THEY SENT THREE DRESSES IN COMPLETELY THE WRONG SIZE, MADE ME PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND THEN OFFERED ME 10% REFUND SAYING THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO REFUND ME IN FULL, DESPITE THEIR WEBSITE ASSURING EVERYONE THAT IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE DRESS, IT DOESN'T FIT, WRONG COLOUR ETC THEY WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND. COMPLETE CON ARTISTS. HAVE NOW TAKEN THE MATTER UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FINGERS CROSSED I GET A REFUND EVENTUALLY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I CAN'T EVEN GET A RETURN ADDRESS FROM THEM TO SEND THE GOODS BACK. THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK AS THEY SUGGEST AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS BOGUS TOO, IVE RANG AND LEFT MESSAGES AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS, SO HAVE TO EMAIL CONSTANTLY AND THEY REPLY AT 03.00HRS EVERY TIME SO AM GUESSING THEY ARE IN CHINA OR HONG KONG. ITS A NIGHTMARE!

Hi, we bought a dress from these shysters and suffered the same appalling treatment. Our bank helped us though as we paid by a visa debit card and the bank refunded our full payment of £128 and will charge it back to Shillas. You have to post the dress back, obtain proof of postage, collate all of the tiresome e mails you would no doubt have sent Shillas and present it all to your bank... Shillas has to refund you, it is as simple as that... it might take a few weeks to sort out but certainly worth it in the end. Good luck!

I ordered a dress. Received an email that they could not make the dress I wanted. My reply was: Cancel the order and refund me.
Reading the reviews above, they all got something, but I have nothing. Not even my money back! Can they sleep at night?! Crooks and Thieves!
I will contact my bank and see what they can do about it. Companies like this should be more investigated by Governments. My advise: Don't buy anything from them! Never!
