The dress was poor quality, didn't fit and they refused to refund us. The customer service is really poor as well. Therefore, I am raising a complaint with the independent body and Ombudsman. I don't believe anybody could have really been satisfied with such a crappy dress they sell. The comments about amazing dress probably come from the company itself as they are unrealistic.
I ordered a blue customises dress for the ball i received a black horrible dress contacted them they told me the dress didnt come from them. Now they have blocked my email and stop answering my mails... please dont buy from this site u will cry.

I ordered a dress it took almost 3 weeks for the dress to come and when it came, it came in the wrong size, I asked for a refund. A dress that I paid £85 for they are only offering £8 back as a refund. Outrageous! Please do not patronise this website.

Asked for my money back was refused and offered to alter this at an extra cost! Advised that the postage to send it back would be too excessive and not worth it also that the occasion I required this for had passed. Was advised they can give me £11 in order to get alterations done. Firstly that would not cover any costs but after several email exchanges I accepted this was the best they would do however a week had passed and this £11 did not show up so I chased it up to be advised that they have pushed it for me and not to worry another 3 weeks had passed so I emailed again no response. Emailed again a week later and my emails just bounce back.
Guess I won't be seeing any of my £120 back not even a small sum of £11 which to me was an insult in the first place. Disgrace!
Please do not buy from this website shilla.co.uk I just bought 2 dresses recently Ive payed £75 each and it was made wrong and had the wrong size I asked for the refund they didnt want to refund so I asked for the dress to be exchanged they never replay me again their website makes you think they are inside the uk but they are from china you will never see your money again
The dress didn't match the picture in the slightest! The colour was wrong (ordered "champagne" and it came as orange), and so was the size (massively) despite giving all my measurements correctly. What were supposed to be individual stones were actually cheap sequins. Further, I paid for "rush order" which did not come in time AND the refused to refund me for this. Despite the dress being totally different from the picture and made with poor workmanship, I was refused a refund. Absolute disgrace. Total scam. They delete the bad comments from their website and social media pages too.

The company are being surged for counterfeiting. Any orders I believe will be no more and I bet no money will be returned. Companies based in Hong Kong are clearly scamming customers on these fashion websites. Beware, I doubt the good reviews are real as the products and paperwork are very suspicious when you get them.

Answer: Hi there, the credit card company sent me a claim form after I rang them. I provided all the corresponding emails, copies of their returns policy, a link to the website, and an explanation of what had happened. It took about a month to come back, but they refunded the whole lot without quibble, as the returns policy is basically an untruth. My credit card is with HSBC. I strongly advise anyone to take the time and effort to do this and get their money back as the website is just full of untruths and it's not right or fair to anyone! Good Luck Migle M!

I do not recommend anyone to buy from this website unless you got to much money to burn.
