I ordered a beautiful dress but received an ugly one. It was nothing like the dress I saw in the picture on their site. I can say that is same with those dresess you order from China

The evening dress was completely amazing precisely what I wanted. I was a bit worried about the sizing however it fits like a fantasy. I will certainly be going to site once again for other things.
I rarely complain but am disgusted with this company - I ordered a dress made to measure - dress was backless I request cover back as it was an option - I can't wear backless - dress arrived no back - I have since spent 3/4 wks arguing with them- dress cost £90 - they have offered £10 refund! Or will re-make for a further £55 - they also refuse to give me a contact number or a manager/directors email address to discuss -DO NOT USE if they make a mistake they won't pay for it

I ordered a dress it took almost 3 weeks for the dress to come and when it came, it came in the wrong size, What were supposed to be individual stones were actually cheap sequins. I asked for a refund. A dress that I paid £115 for they are only offering £15 back as a refund. Outrageous! Please do not patronise this website. DONT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM
I ordered my prom dress, which look beautiful on the website! But no it came and was about 20 sizes too big. The material is so cheap it could rip with the slightest touch. I payed £100 for this dress when it looks like it should be worth £5. The dress looks nothing like the picture the top part is completely see through and the skirt looks like a duvet sheet, that is a million sizes too big! I am absolutely disgusted with this website its a scam and the dresses look nothing like the picture! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

Beware consumers. This company is a scam. It is not based in the UK, it is based on Hong Kong. If you are not happy with the product there is no customer service and they WILL NOT give you a refund. I purchased 2 bridesmaid dresses on this website at a cost of 300. The dresses did not match what was advertised and when I asked for a refund they would not engage with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Well well well where to start I am a size 8 normally but went for a size 10 just to be on the safe side, my first mistake, following the instructions of the site I entered my custom measurements and was generous with my bust size, my second mistake, So after trusting all my measurements were accurate I added the alterations and personal touches I wanted and proceeded to part with 213 UK pounds for the seemingly stunning prom dress, after a 2 month wait it finally arrived in the wrong size drowning me in cheap fabric a completely different colour and tbf just a ugly dress, my third mistake was expecting a refund as stated in the website but lo and behold 'Linda' said 8% was the going rate so the night of my life ruined and over 200 UK pounds later I am fuming

This company is an absolute joke, never been so angry in my life over a dress. I spent £120 on one dress and didn't even get it. There excuse is I refused the parcel when I never even got the parcel which I don't understand. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This site was the worst ive ever been on for online shopping. The dress i receieved had absolutley NOTHING in common with the one advertised. When i tried to negotiate a way to fix the problem they refused to owning up to the problem they caused. Additionally, when i tried to get a refund they only offered me 6% from £112 that i paid. Utterly horrific. Definitley do not recommend to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Ordered a dress for a wedding. Took a long time to come. Nothing like the dress that I ordered, cheap and shabby. Asked for my money to be returned and where to send the dress back to, all they kept asking for was pictures which I eventually sent and they offered me 8% refund of my money saying that this dress had been made for me. I bought a standard dress from their site and did not ask for any changes to be made. DO NOT BUY THINKING THAT YOU CAN RETURN TO THIS SITE THEY ARE NOW NOT RESPONDING TO MY E MAILS.
