Have used Shillas online for years, never had a problem with them, the service has always been really good. Products are always great quality & at a really good price! Shillas always have money off discounts which is great too & you don't find many other dresses site which do this!
The site is a complete con! The misrepresent their goods by advertising expensive garments then they make cheap copies. The dress I ordered for a wedding looks completely different from the one that i order and I wouldn't wear it to bed. The quality is very cheap and looks like a poor copy of the original. I only wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted £135. I tried to get my money back and they offered me £6 after insisted I take photos of myself in the dress. They also make their site look as though they are based in the UK when they are in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS.
I ordered a dress from this company, When the dress arrived it didn't fit. The company have a returns policy that says they offer refunds but when i tried to get the refund I deserved I was given a long list of excuses by their extremely unhelpful staff. I have lost out on 150 euro. This site is a scam, stay away!

Ordered a dress from this company arrived late and i did pay for it to arrive on a certain date. I am currently at loggerheads with them as the dress had seams not sewn. Neckline completely puckered. Ordered a prom dress was made incorrectly colours not as advertised on site. I was offered a £9.60 refund on a £100 dress or them to put right their mistake for £80. Is there anywhere I can report this too a consumer helpline or something. As they are based abroad they obviously get away with basically steeling off people it's a disgrace. Take your money send rubbish goods get away with it.
This dress is lovely. I got it for my senior prom in 'pearl pink'. I personally am not into the flowers, but they were easy to remove! This dress is very feminie and flowing but not poofy. I love it! :)

I ordered a wedding dress online for work use and needed to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order as it wouldn't arrive in time. Linda said they would charge for the already cut material (£110 for a £180 dress!). I asked if they would send the material and was told they had binned it!? So after a flurry of unbelievable emails I had to keep the order or waste the material money. The dress arrived with an invoice for a 20 dollar jacket. I have asked them to send me an invoice for the dress so that I can claim on my work expenses and they have refused. SHILLAS.CO.UK is not a UK based company and are a complete con. Rude, unhelpful. Please don't waste your time and money when there are amazing companies out there with a great customer service.
I brought a dress from this company & it looked absolutely nothing like the dress on the website. I emailed them asking for a refund & they asked for photos which I sent they said 'it looks nice on you'! It absolutely did not! They did offer to make another dress for me but I did not want two badly made dresses so I asked for half my money back & they offered me 5% back a complete joke of a company, do not buy from them you will be disappointed!

We are in New Zealand and had the dress within 15 days, in incredible condition and it fits beautifully and looks absolutely stunning - would definitely recommend and use Shillas.co.uk again. Answer: Hi there, the credit card company sent me a claim form after I rang them. I provided all the corresponding emails, copies of their returns policy, a link to the website, and an explanation of what had happened. It took about a month to come back, but they refunded the whole lot without quibble, as the returns policy is basically an untruth. My credit card is with HSBC. I strongly advise anyone to take the time and effort to do this and get their money back as the website is just full of untruths and it's not right or fair to anyone! Good Luck Migle M!

Answer: I just can not believed how this website can carry on stealing customers money. Something have to be done! I am livid with Linda's promises to refund my £236.98 since March. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this website unless you got to much money to burn.
