I live in Central Victoria, Australia. Can get wrangler jeans, but very expensive.
Found Sheplers to be great value. Even with the exchange rate to Aus. Dollars.
However when I read all the negative reviews I was very hesitant to place my order.
Which consisted of 4 pairs of ladies wrangler jeans Then I searched other US sites
To compare prices and if they ship to Aus.
Sheplers still came out on top for price and postage.
Still I couldn't decide if it was worth risking the parcel arriving.
Upon comparing the prices to what I can get here in Aus. (I've saved more than $100. Even after exchange rate & postage).
So I bit the bullet o & ordered them
A week after I placed the order they arrived today on my doorstep.
So yes they are couriered once hit Aussie.
I will say if you're contemplating ordering on line. Try on jeans in a local store first
To get sizing as they are a bit smaller than Aussie sizing.
All up very impressed with Shepler and would order again.
Defective boot I had three pairs of the same boot size 10d Chippewa i dont know what they sold me but clearly the left boot doesnt fit its rubbing on my toes and now they say o well inspect their bull$#*! artist scumbags!
I had ordered a beautiful pair of boots. It said to order up a size, so I did. When I got the boots, they were still a size too small. Beautiful quality, so I was going to exchange it. According to the website, I should include the return slip, which was supposed to come with the order. Well, there wasn't one. I tried to find a way to print one from the website. There isn't an option. So, I tried calling - twice. After being on hold for 20 min, I hung up. Then I tried e-mailing them, no response. I finally sent them back. I used the packing slip and wrote "Return" on it. I had changed my mind, trying to exchange them. I don't want to work with a company that will not communicate. So now, I am out $10 for S&H.
I had tried to order from them before, a few months back. After one week, I got a call, that they were back-ordered. Then I got another call that they actually don't have them. I am done with this company.
I Placed an order a little over a week ago. From placing the order by telephone to the fantastic tracking information, I find the service to be exceptional! The boots I ordered where Tony Lama 3R cowboy, work boots. Received exactly what I ordered in a timely fashon. Well done Sheplers, will definately be a repeat customer.

PLEASE READ THIS! I have done business with Sheplers for years, I lived in the Denver Tech center near the store, great store great service. I moved to SC and 2 time I have purchased on line. Nothing I have order has been on time or the correct product. The first time I though it won't happen again, guess what second time worse than first. I order boot for Christmas Dec 3 for my Daughter had a tracking number and everything, it was a lie, Jan 3 got an email saying the boots were back ordered would go out Jan 14, guess what still no word. Purchased a coat, guess what wrong company wrong size. Sent it back got 4 emails they got it called they have no idea what has happened. Their excuse was the call center and the warehouse are not one, I said really and you have no computers to look anything up, they hung up.
I paid for 2nd day air and got my package 3 days after ordering which is fine but didn't get a shipped email or a delivered email. Called customer service while at work to cancel order because I thought it wasn't even shipped yet. Lady was rude and I told her I wanted to cancel and said well it's still processing so I can't cancel it. When really they can they just want to make you pay extra to retune it. Then she changes it to oh it was delivered today at 11:53am you'll have to check the front porch. I hung up and checked my front porch there it was. Honestly from my experience I will NEVER order from sheplers again. Horrible customer service, horrible order tracking, and my boot box was damaged as well.
Shepplers' call center representatives have the worse attitude towards their customers. They are not helpful and they are very rude. They did not help me at all. I have not received the product or my refund back.
If I could rate this a 0 I would. I ordered a belt off sheplers online & there was an instant withdraw from my account of the $106 on march 27. On April 7th, there was another withdrawal from sheplers for $107. I called twice to speak to someone about it & I got told that the $106 was never actually withdrawn. According to my bank, it sure as hell was. They refuse to refund it, & now I have to get my bank involved. Worst customer service I've experienced, and ontop of that they've basically stolen and pocketed.
I ordered my stuff on Saturday 21Oct17, which I understand is not that long ago. It stated that after 3 business days, all clothes would ship. I called customer service yesterday, and she said that all of my clothes have been received by the vendor, and that they should ship "soon." She could not make any guarantee on the phone that they would ship anytime this week. I ordered these clothes because I am going to Nashville on 01Nov17. $110 later and I will not be going on my trip with anything that I have ordered. My order online still says "being processed" and all that customer service had to say on the phone was "i'm sorry." I will never order from them again.
I ordered a hat. They did say it would take 5 days to ship. After a little over 2 weeks the hat still had not shipped and I had heard nothing from them. I then called them 3 times. They lied to me twice. The 3rd time they said they had no idea when it would ship because they did not have it and it had to be made. I don't think they actually stock anything. Wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from them... there are piles of bad reviews online for them. I told them to cancel the order. Anybodys guess if I will actually get my money back. Never again!
I ordered a pair of $400 boots for my husband the being of December for a Christmas present. The week before Christmas I contacted them to find out the status of my boots. I was informed that they were on back order till April. So I told them to cancel the order. I was told they could not. They said they would put in a request and someone would let me know if I could cancel. I called 3 times over the next month to find out the status. Each time I requested someone call me to discuss the cancellation of my order. Each time I was told someone would contact me. Finally the end of January I received an email stating the boots were no longer available. So no emails saying I wouldn't get it for Christmas, no returning of my calls and no cancellation of my order. So only when the boots were no longer available did I get an email. What a horrible company. Say away!
Wish I could give it a 0/5. Was not impressed with this company at all. I ordered a Carhartt jacket for my pup, went by their sizing chart and recommendations and THREE MONTHS LATER when it wasn't even cold enough for him to wear it anymore, it didn't fit! I understand not all dogs are cookie cutter, but to have your sizing charts off by entire sizes is ridiculous. It got put on back order 3 times before finally receiving it. They also charge a restock fee even if you're exchanging it. I put in my return as an exchange for the smaller size and decided to give them another shot... it's been almost a year since the initial order and I have nothing. They never sent the exchange! The only positive thing about this experience was that they didn't charge me for the second coat. And now they spam my e-mail a million times a day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Their customer service is non-existent and you'll wait months-a year for your products. Will NOT be back.
I purchased a Panhandle western shirt from Sheplers and put it in the washer with other clothes and the dye in the shirt made all other clothes orange. Dont purchase any Panhandle slim products. Very unhappy, especially the wife
Please order a year in advance if you want your boots on time. I ordered the boots in composite toe by accident. I called within hours after placing the order to change it and that was fine. It took 3 weeks to get them and then a day before I got them, I got an email saying that they couldn't stop the shipment to change the order. I then had to pay $30 to return the 2 separate orders for the boots that I needed. I had to exchange them to avoid a restocking fee on top of the $30 to return them. I hope I get the boots in a timely manner. My husband is wearing his tennis shoes to work awaiting the boots.
I ordered Justin Hybred Waterproof Pull-On Work Boots, Item # 050E27. They are not the same as the picture, the toes are much more square looking than the pic, when I got water on them, my socks got wet, the size 11 is more like a size 12. They take advantage of online buyers to unload their seconds.
Hi, Okay so I bought four pair of boots. I wasn't sure about sizing so I called customer service. They were helpful and nice on the phone. I received 3 out of 4 boots. I bought kids boots, women's and men's boots-haven't gotten the men's one as of yet. I love them all so far. Great quality. However on the last pair which is the Men's boot. It's been a very frustrating experience. I ordered all of these on November 30th. I was hoping to get some ariat men's boot for husband for Christmas. I have called 3 additional times for inquiring about the boots. These last three times the customer service wasn't helpful nor caring at all. Then I emailed them- not one reply. I don't know they seemed good at first however now just from not informing anything I will not be buying from them again. They do have nice quality boots too bad the customer service sucks so bad now. I won't shop again.

I ordered a carhartt vest from this site for a Christmas present for my husband. Order placed Dec. 6th, after not hearing they sent the package I called the customer service line 5 days later. I was told the vest would be shipped from their warehouse when it arrived Dec. 14th. That date came and went, I never got an email that they sent the vest. I called back Dec 17th and was told the item never arrived to heir warehouse, they would call me and let me know if it was in. I never received a call. Called back without getting through the next day. Called again Dec 21st the vest was still not in the warehouse. Cancelled my order and I will never use this site again.
Well I will never buy from this site again thats a fact I buy a pair of boots for my girlfriend for her birthday not only did they come late they also were wrong style and color and 40 dollars cheaper then the ones I buy
So I return them the same day and they said they would two day mail out the right ones. Well Im still waiting 3 weeks later and I saw where they try to double bill me for boots I already pay for $#*! this $#*!ty company
Ordered a pair of twisted x driving boots, it was advertised all over that I was to get free shipping, nowhere along the way did it say otherwise. It just kept popping up saying your elgilable for free shipping so when the final page came up it still said free shipping. Well I got the boots 3+ weeks later. Get the mastercard bill. 42.00 shipping! So I wrote about 6 emails absolutely no response to any one called and waited for an hour each time. Well I finally just got through and the lady was soooo rude coughing into the phone, I'm sure she was rolling her eyes because her tone was brutal then she denied everything I said and cut me off saying NONONO that's wrong. And I was like ok? She's like bye have a good day.
I will NEVER! ORDER HERE AGAIN, the boots were great but you better hope you don't actually have to deal with anyone!
I got a pair from here, First time buying from these guys and they were everything i was expectin and they felt good and fit good. Would For sure buy from these guys again.
Answer: I think ur probably better off buying thick wool socks that's what I did when I got the wrong size from here I just bought some big wool socks and now they fit great.
