I placed an order with Sheplers for a Duster coat as a present for my husband. I tracked the order which was reported as damaged and as being returned to Sheplers, they have still taken the payment of over $200 and now I cannot get an answer when I try to contact them, they have also ignored my emails. Does anybody get their money back from these people, and if so HOW??

I had problems getting my order finally got the boots but too big wanted to return for smaller size but after seeing all the bad reviews I don't know

Answer:
I think ur probably better off buying thick wool socks that's what I did when I got the wrong size from here I just bought some big wool socks and now they fit great.
