I had to convince myself a week after I was supposed to have received my order that this website is not a scam. I ordered over $100 worth of (very cute and well priced) clothes and was promised free express shipping, meaning I would receive my order in under 10 business days. Not only did my order take eleven days to be processed before it was shipped (I ordered my clothes on September 30th) But when I logged onto the web side on October 10th to see what the #$% was going on, it turns out that my order had been processed and I had to "urge shipping" by pressing a button on the side of the page. I did not receive ANY kind of email notification that this was necessary, so as far as I know, the order might have been pressed and just sitting there for three or four days. My package was shipped on the 11th and I have still yet to receive it. I used the live chat to see if I could get some sort of explantation and the associate was not only unhelpful, he was completely condescending and just advised me to wait like "everyone else." (screen shots attached.) I cannot believe the state of their customer service and the false promises they lure you in with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
