No this site is not legit, and ill tell you why. They claim they never remove comments because they want honest reviews, but any honest review that shows their lack of quality control is "not approved." whoever made the bikini i ordered was drunk. The straps are from a size XXXL, and the bikini bottom and bra cup is child size. I wear size 23 (00) jeans and it was extremely difficult for me to get the bottoms on because they were 4 sizes too small. All of the straps are extremely long and saggy, the bra top hangs 4 inches lower than my breasts. Honestly, what the $#*!. From the pictures you can see I would be arrested for indecent exposure if i tried to wear this, it's that bad. Then I contact customer service with pictures of the issue. I get a message back days later saying "too bad, no refunds." whoever sent me the message never even read my message, how do i know, because they asked me to submit pictures of the issue when there clearly were 3 in the original message. There is no customer service number, and now they refuse to do anything.
***EDIT*** Sheinside finally did refund my money, but only after they were backed up against a wall. When I would not cut my losses and accept the fact that i was stuck with an unusable garment, their solution was to offer me a 32% discount code. Which is useless to me because i will never buy from this site again, but even if i were to ever purchase anything from this site again, 30% discount codes are everywhere. So basically their solution was a big $#*! you. After days of back and forth with customer service, I accepted that talking to them was a dead end and filed a complaint and claim with paypal, then wrote a review here. The customer service rep offered me a refund before paypal forced their hand because they wanted me to change my review. So yes sheinside will refund your money, but not because they're responsible vendors, they will refund you because they're forced to

I had 38 items in my WISHLIST not my CART and SHEIN GO AHEAD AND ACUSE ME OF BUYING THEM AND NOT PAYING. Sure they have really nice items but i will not be tolerate this. They have sent me repeated messages acusing me of buying and not paying. I even sent them a screen shot to prove it and circled my EMPTY cart. I will no longer shop on SHEIN or at SHEIN. This is bulling and I do not appreciate it. (I would give SHEIN 0 stars but that is not an option)!

I made two orders from sheinside, and after i was already charged, and the money was already discounted, they sent me an email saying that the money WASN'T recieved. The online help service is terrible, nobody helped me and they keep saying me to wait a few days, but the transation to sheinside account was CONFIRMED in my bank account.
Terrible service, I am really angry about Sheinside, and hope they make something about this, otherwise i can say this is a robbery!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
