I was going to order a few items from this company today. I clicked on the T-shirt's and first image I got was a guy modelling a womans T-shirt. Won't be ordering from here again.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered on 9/7 and was FULLY charged immediately for my items. I DID NOT RECEIVE my items until 10/7... ONE MONTH LATER! And I swear the only reason I received them then was because I was sending emails regularly to check on status. I truly believe this company hopes you'll forget you ordered from them and just take your $$.
I ordered two cardigans..."one size". One is HUGE and the other is so small the sleeves don't reach my hands! Both are fraying and falling apart. Neither has any tags, no price tag or even instruction on cleaning tags. Extremely shady in my opinion! I attempted to email to discuss return/refund and received a generated email in response saying they were out on holiday... so I went to PayPal to dispute claim and they immediately declined it! Huh! You can't respond to my email but you can decline my claim on paypal?

I bought two pairs of shoes from this website, both pairs are poorly made with cheap materials and strong toxic plastic smells from China, one pair flats is deformed and unwearable. When I contacted the Customer service they told me to mail them back and they will only cover the return shipping fees if the items are defective which they are, so I paid $17USD to ship them back for refunds and emailed them a copy of the receipt. One of the customer service rep said it was noted on my account. But then a few days later when they received the package, they only refunded the amount for the shoes and not the return shipping. When I contacted them again, a different customer service rep said they only "noted" the return, but not agreed to cover the return shipping. It was totally misleading and lied to your customers. I would never buy from this site ever again! And telling everyone I know to stay away from this site. Don't waste your time and money!
Update: Shein CS contacted me after seeing this review, they agreed to offer 1/2 of the return shipping cost as compensation. I feel I wasted so much time & effort on this order, never again.

I had purchased some clothing that I never recieved but it showed delivered I checked with my neighbors to see if they got the package and nothing. So I tried to reach out to shein and they seem not to have live operator I ended up emailing them and no response. So I had to notify my bank about this issue so they submited a claim to get my money back but two weeks later there disputing they want there money back I refuse to pay for something I never got and will fight for my money.

I order from this place 2 weeks ago hoping I would get my order before may 6 because I have to travel and according to them they offer express shipping that will take from 5-7 days. That's a lie! And when I asked why it was taking so long to process more than 7 days! They said it was because I bought a best seller item and they had to make it again:/

Yesterday I paid for an order on Shein and it says on my PayPal account the money has been deducted but on the Shein website it says it's still 'unpaid'. This is a scam and i will not accept this.

The clothes are garbage and feel/look worse after you wash them. Staff only communicates through email and you never get the same person. On a related note I experienced fraud on the card used to purchase items and canceled the card because of fraud. I returned more than half the Shein items because they did not resemble the photos and were poor quality. Shein said I needed proof from my bank to verify payments and my identity so I can be refunded. Fast forward 2.5 months, my bank branch manager emailed me with proof of the Shein purchases from the already destroyed and canceled debit card along with my license. The bank showed the debit card number in the email for more validation. Shein wanted an image of the canceled debit card but this card was destroyed by the bank, due to fraud. This was also mentioned in the bank email. Sadly this information wasn't good enough and I still have not gotten my money, which is over $100.00. I will never purchase items from this company again. I also very rarely write or closer to never write bad reviews. This is the worst company and if they keep treating customers this way they will be out of business quick!

Firstly they lost my account. Even though I had made 4 seperate purchases totalling $1,000. So they tell me they found the acct even though nothing shows up when I log in? I have been trying to get a return shipping label from them for 3 weeks. I can't get one on the website because my acct shows no orders. But they have done nothing but screw with me. Send me pictures of what I ordered and ask me to detail what I want to send back, which I did. Still no label. I made the mistake of saying 2 items arrived with damage and sent them photos, but they keep saying send as a JPEG, which I did several times. Finally I just told them to forget exchanging the 2 items. I also told them I would take credit over a refund as I liked alot of what I received. I have no idea if they are just screwwing with me or can't read english. But so far nothing has been done. I have requested a return label probably 30 times and they keep ignoring my request. I can't call anyone and explain my issue. They just have different people repeatedly apologize for your issue but do nothing to solve it. I am very disappointed as I liked the majority of what I bought. But outside that they suck. 3 weeks still no resolution and then today they notified me they were closing my ticket? Why!? You haven't addressed the problem yet! WHAT the holy hell!?

I was excited about this site, placed a few orders with them and maybe two items were kept. I I decided to return the items because the material was horrible! They take so long to deliver and just to be disappointed. I received my money on my "wallet" and decided to withdraw the total, despite the fact that it doesn't give you instructions or tells you it'll go straight to the cats you paid with. Well one of my cards was closed and re issued. For months, I have been trying to get my last refund back, even if it's back to my wallet so that I can I guess purchase something else, $17.86! $17.86 is the amount that they refuse to refund. They keep asking me to call my bank to get my money, my bank doesn't have it! My account is closed! They are rude& disrespectful in their emails to me so of course I fight back. They talk to you like you're an idiot... I am still the customer and they lack customer service and respect. Honestly, I just want my money back from them and never again babe anything to do with them. Any advice or help is much appreciated!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
