Recently i order two kimono's. Delivery time was 20 days for standard delivery but i always got earlier than what i expected The quality of the clothes is actually very impressive. I'm pleased with all the items I order, quality, sizing and price. It looks exactly as pictured. So I keep coming back for more.
If you order from these people it probably is related to Dresslily, where the quality is poor & the sizes too small. I followed the size chart & had to give 2 kimono to my neighbor, who is petite, & they barely fit her. 2 of the kimono I kept because they open at the front so I can wear them. But its a good thing I sew, ' cuz one of them actually had the sleeve sewn to the border- so I fixed it. I'll never order from them again. In tbe pictures everything looks so cut. It's a shame.
I just received my first purchase and the item looks much different than the actual purchase. The dress I purchased looks like a bath robe while the picture looks like a casual dress. I did not take out the insurance as I thought I would keep the dress. But now I have a product that looks different than what is posted on-line. I also read all of the reviews and looked at the pictures before I purchased. I am returning as I cannot think if a place to wear this 'bath robe' dress. I just wish I could get back my shipping due to the quality is different than what is posted.

Purchased product from shein.co.uk. Returns procedure states easy return process. There is NO mention the clothes have to be sent back to USA at my cost.
Instead was given a Belgian address to return product to. Sent product but no refund yet. I have chased it and they are delaying.
This company is ripping U. K. Customers off! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I absolutely trust shein, I once made a purchase and choose the WRONG country in the shipping address... Fortunetaly I realice soon enough and the CService helped me to cancel the shipment even though it was already on packing for shipment. I received the refund on my credit card and made a new purchase order No. LAL*******.

I have bought 3 times from Shein and had the best online shopping experiencie ever! Took about a month to get to South America but once it got here I was extremely satisfied with the quality and all the products looked exactly like the pictures. Shein has the best loyalty program ever, reviews are very useful. There are new products all the time, I always find myself cheking the webpage.
I am stunned by reviews saying bad service. I ordered 2 items. Both were great quality, but one frankly didn't look good on me. I returned, and the process was great. All along the way I got reasonably fast responses to emails. (maybe a day). They can email me less because i go there to browse anyway!

Customer care is useless. First of all if you want to return something then you have to sent to back by yourself that is fine since they mentioned it in their policy but they will not refund you money either. I have raised tickets twice but nothing has been done yet, also after 10 days ticket will automatically close whether your issue is resolved or not. Quality is bad too, photographs are just a mirage

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
