It was really a great shopping experience for me. I bought a dress from here. The design of the dress is really unparallelled & awesome. I can't explain my joy. The price of the dress is also very reasonable. All my friends praised for the dress.
Yes, they do email and ask you to change your review. Multiple times. They are an okay company they just need to be more clear on 3 major things:
1. The coupon does not apply to all new customers. It depends on how much $$money you spend and they need to make that clear with the coupon.
2. It takes 3 weeks to receive your order because (I believe) it comes from overseas (but they will never admit that no matter how much you ask or tell them that you think it's coming from Taiwan. Which leads me to,,,
3. Their sizes run SMALL, like for Asian women. American women are typically bigger than Asian women. I am tall and slender and a "one size fits all" cardigan will not even close in the front on me. Cute clothes and products, but just order a size larger than you wear if possible, and make sure you're not in a hurry to receive it! OR better yet, they need to make their clothes larger.
They have cute products. Just remember, if you want Nordstrom quality you will pay alot more. Their clothes work fine for me in general, but you do get what you pay for.
Ordering from this site is tempting due to the low prices, but it has not been worth the headache. I ordered an outfit for an event, and even got expedited shipping. However, the event came and went and no package. I had to buy a different outfit. After 14 days I received my package. I'm glad I bought a backup outfit because the items were of costume quality not beautiful, wearable clothes as pictured on the website. The dress is so sheer, it could maybe be used as a swim coverup.
Sheinside promotes 3-5 business days then after the fact tells you there's a 3-7 day processing time. It is deceitful. They take your money and then don't deliver on time.
I am currently trying to talk to customer service to get a return address. It is sketchy that they don't provide this willingly. They asked why I want to return the items and told me I must pay for the shipping back. It may cost me more to do that. If that's the case, it looks like I have wasted close to $50. I won't be using this site again, and I will make sure that no one I know orders from them. It's practically a scam. Wish I would've done more research.

I was looking for an affordable vintage dress. Dutch sites usually ask a lot for them since it's a rare concept. When I found Shein I was pleasantly surprised. Not only is the website really cheap, the shipping is too. I never ordered from a webshop that isn't based in my country, but with such low prices I took the risk. As if that wasn't enough they also pay the additional costs (VAT it's called in English?). I measured myself before ordering, so the dress fit perfectly. I will definitely order here again!
Last year I tried to order something and then canceled it after reading their horrific reviews. They then harassed me with a million emails before they finally unsubscribed me. Yesterday I got ANOTHER freaking email saying I signed up... um nope! So here we are again with this whole dang process of nonexistent customer service and reply emails that make zero sense and sound as if they were written by a five year old. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

So I originally placed an order October 28th and I ordered 16 items (clothing items) I received 2 out of the 16 items I ordered pretty fast like no less than 3 days. And finally I received the rest of my order today November 9th. I was pretty frustrated with this company because I ordered express shipping and I didn't appreciate that they sent my order on increments. Although the company was swift to respond and very polite, I am still very displeased with my order. You would think since it took a quite some time to get here it would at least be worth my while... NOT AT ALL. Now don't get me wrong some of my items are completely beautiful and they portray the same as they did on the website. But I also had a few pieces that are very cheap looking. Thin in material, and most of my items didn't fit! The bottoms run way too small! (And I know my size, and I also referred to the size chart) I am just completely frustrated at this point I spent a pretty good amount on my clothes and I wish I would've gotten what I paid for. Honestly I'm not going to even bother sending my clothes back because it'll probably get here months later. Smh
With that being said I will not be ordering from this company again, I would only recommend this company for those of you who are purchasing small orders. And to those who plan on ordering a large order. (DONT DO IT)

Really great and huge collection of clothes and most of the dressed are choice-able. The Shelnside are responsive and best quality of service provider to the buyers. The order have been arrived just in time. I love the style and quality of the product that I have buy from them. I was really amazed at the quality of service which was awesome and also shipment was on time.

On October 15th I ordered $133 of items. Two of those items are received quickly, while now it is November 2nd and I still haven't received my other items. I've read other reviews with SheIn responding, "it takes 3 to 7 days to process an order." But now that I am able to track my order it says it will arrive on Friday. That is 22 days to wait for one clothing order. I will never order from this site again. I'd much rather pay more for good service.

Last week I bought a dress for my wife from Shelnside with great discount. I really surprised that the quality and design of the dress is great. My wife felt so happy with the dress. Really great experience in first time. Thanks Shelnside.
Their items are mostly cheaply made. Only occasionally you can get a deal or two. However, that's not the biggest problem here. This website is dishonest and untrustworthy.
1) They give you coupons like 35% off or even 40% off, when nearly all of their items already have higher discounts than the coupons like 50% off. You cannot apply the coupon if there's already a higher discount.
2) If you have any bad reviews about their product. They will not approve the review, thus your messages and reviews will never get to other customers. As a result, they will believe the near-perfect reviews on the site shown and buy bad quality products, waste their money.
Shein doesn't care about whether their customers are happy with the products. They just want money and profits, even if it means deceiving you with misrepresented reviews and laughable coupons. They will count on the fact that you don't want to waste money to return the goods and sell you bad quality goods. After all, if I bought something for $10 and it's bad quality, I don't want to spend another $6 to ship it back to the company and get a refund. I'm losing money either way, so I will just keep the low quality item. It's pointless to file a refund or even complain, If you complain and ask for a refund, sometimes they will even offer you a ridiculous 35% off coupon, which is completely useless.
Well, at least they pretend to have good attitude in customer service.
Overall, bad company. Don't waste your money and shop elsewhere.

I was impressed to see the collection of dresses at SheInside. I was confused about their service. After ordering within few moments I received a response. Their shipping facilities is awesome. They shipped the product carefully. And receiving process is very easy. I received the product without any problem.
Great deals always. This is my 3rd purchase from here and yes they made me happy and i thought i should publish a review. I want to talk about three major point i like most about them is they are fast in delivery. Great in quality and yes they got huge collection. Will use them again if they can maintain this quality
I ordered six items from the US website. That was easy enough and I liked the prices. I got the items in a reasonable timeframe. Once I received my order, I tried on all the clothes. Only two items I needed to return. One because of the fit the other I had received with light, blue and black smudges on them. Based on the information on their Return Policy page on the website, I submitted a ticket for the return and refund.
The first thing I thought was odd was they sent me a message back saying they wanted to see pictures of the item that had smudges on it. I complied and tried to upload them on the ticket. There was a problem with trying to upload them on the ticket so they told me to email them. In the meantime, a representative sent me a message on the ticket saying to keep the damaged item and they'd refund me "35% of the coupons as compensation" whatever that means. I rejected that saying I just want to sent both items back for a refund. They said they would accept my refund but just wanted to see photos first. I told them I had emailed them to an email address that a chat representative gave me.
So to try to shorten this, I have spoken with whatever representative answers the ticket messages, a representative that answers the emails, and a chat representative. SheIn has gone back and for saying they would give me a refund then telling me to keep the item for some sort a small partial refund (even today, they said to keep it and they would give me $5 back).
I am fed up with them. This is the worst customer service experience I think I've had with any company (and I'm an AT&T customer!). I will never order from them again.

I really impressed with their great collection of dress. I ordered two T shirt from Sheinside and they came in great condition and looked exactly as advertised. The shipping was a bit slow and the sizing was a bit off but other than that shopping by Shelnside was a great experience! The costumer service was also best.
The product which I have purchased through this site is good in quality, they are well enough in shipping the product on time.
I was very impressed with the quality of clothing at SheInside and was able to get a discount using their sale codes. My daughter also just loved the shirt I got her. It shipped a day after I placed my order and was here two days later! Also, customer service is top notch. I had a question and received a response immediately. Will definitely be coming back!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
