The sales team was brilliant and order arrived as expected. However, one of the items became faulty after a few weeks. Called them to ask for a replacement or refund and what a process I had to go through to prove that the item was in fact faulty and not me operating the item incorrectly. I am sure there are many positive reviews but it will be interesting to hear if anybody else has had such a bad experience in trying to get your faulty item replaced.

I bought a 3 tonne heavy duty trolley Jack and it's better quality than the jacks I use at the garage I work at, it's less than half the price and it arrived next day. Wish I'd known about this place years ago, so much money wasted on junk from well known tool brands. Thank you SGS

We have just started using SGS Engineering this year, we are a Engineering and Hydraulic Company. We have had Air Compressor, Gas Struts, Tool Boxes and some Hand Tools from them, they service and pricing are excellent. I have now place them on our main suppliers list so we can use them again and so can our stores and workshop staff.

I purchased a number of Milwaukee tools from them and was well informed about delivery times and shipping times.
Once the item was received I found out that one of the batteries on my kit I ordered was faulty, I contacted them straight away and they arranged within 24 Hours to have the item sent back to Milwaukee and replaced/fixed.
Excellent service throughout and since ordered additional items from them and will carry on to do so.
