I ordered an set of gas boot struts for a BMW 1 series from these clowns. Struts arrived, fitted them to the car and the boot wouldn't close! It stopped just short of latching with a resounding thud! Removed the new struts and put them against the originals only to find that they were actually longer than the originals. After numerous emails to the clowns, they finally agreed to refund me for their mistake. All good you might think, think again, they did in fact refund my money, minus the £6.30 postage fee. So in short, you order goods from SGS, they deliver wrong parts, you return items after an email battle, they refund you but keep your postage costs. I have now read numerous reviews of others having the exact same problem with this company. My advice, stay well clear and purchase your goods with a reputable company not a thieving one! I still can't believe that a company like this would pull such a low punch but there you go, they obviously need the money more than I do.
