Ordered a Tool chest which was on a very attractive offer, making it best value anywhere i could find on the net. Free next day delivery made it even sweeter. Great comms all through the order and dispatch process, so I waited eagerly for my new toy to arrive. A flustered courier dumped and ran leaving me to discover some fairly significant damage. I need not have worried as I put a call into SGS who were brilliant from start to finish. They immediately put me at ease, requested some pictures and then gave me options for the outcome. So easy and fuss free i'll defo be purchasing more from SGS. How did it take me so long to find these guys, with all these tools i'm like a kid in a sweet shop and my wife looks worried! Thanks SGS, a demonstration on how processing an order and dealing with a problem should be. Easily 5 stars from me, great company.
Great chainsaw for a fantastic price, got it in the black Friday sale. Easy to set up and very easy to start, ideal for my use of cutting logs for log burner and cutting a few trees down. Great bit of kit, delivered within 2 days. Great service from SGS, wish other companies could do so well.
Have dealt with SGS-Engineering before for garage equipment as im an avid petrol head, so now they are my 1st place to look if i need any tools or toys for the man cave.

First time I've used this company and found it good value and great with next day delivery. Thanks. Also the reason I purchased from them was they're products stood out and looked good and are very well made and such a wide choice I was only looking for 2 particular items but found much more so will definitely use again in future.
I recently purchased a 72 inch tool cabinet and have got to say it was delivered in double quick time and the quality was fantastic also at a great price would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent trolley jack, built like a tank, great value compared to Premium brands. So you don't get a rapid lift foot pedal or a T handle but those are not essential and you do get non-marking wheels and cradle pad.
SGS Engineering is a proper company with a very smart, massive warehouse in Derby. Delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Only negative was an over pessimistic estimated lead-time.
Excellent advice, prompt execution of the order, both let down by the delivery company, my overnight e mail was responded to quickly and delivery sorted when jack arrived was in use within 30 mins. Will buy again

Very good indeed. Can't fault SGS one little bit. Excellent quality tool chest. I am only a home hobby mechanic but have a growing collection of tools. Fed up with stuff being here there and everywhere, a total nightmare. So the time had come to do something about it! I looked at nearly every make of tool chest on the market and settled on SGS. Glad I did. I will buy the cabinet in due course without any worry about service, quality or potential damage in transit. The drawer runners are really smooth and the metal the cabinet is made from is really good quality. In many respects its more than I need, I can't see a professional mechanic finding fault with SGS products. Bravo well done! Its really nice seeing a British company doing well.

I contacted SGS via email - and Sean' responded within minutes. Sean explained everything and was happy to liaise with the courier on my behalf and book my preferred delivery date.

Second purchase from SGS. Chainsaw arrived when stated, easy to assemble and started after third pull with a true easy start mechanism. Impressed with the additions - fuel mixing bottle, tools, file and bag, plus 2 chains. Have not tried it in action yet but all in all seems good.
Ordered a jack via there Ebay store and I must say everything was perfect, the level of service you received is second to none and many businesses should take note on how it should be done, 10 out of 10 from me will defiantly be using them again.

Bought a set of wheel dollies from SGS recently and could not believe the quality compared to the cost.
Made from a decent gauge steel, powder coated, good quality castors and a complete nut and bolt kit to assemble.
Really well finished product, no sharp edges or burrs, all holes accurately drilled making assembly dead easy.
Well packaged and arrived super quick.
When you take into account how much decent castors cost ( about £4 each) it really isn't worth trying to make these..
Was concerned that it could be damaged in transit but seems I worried for nothing. Courier was fantastic,, wheeled the pallet lift through narrow pathways to my garage door. Product quality is excellent, simple installation, laying the chest on its packaging to install the wheels which are substantial. Locking is simple and smooth action. Would I buy from them again? Based on this experience... definitely From start to finish they have been on it.
After contacting SGS-engineering with regard to replacement gas struts for the tailgate of my estate car I would like to commend them on their excellent customer service and professional approach. Rarely do you find a British engineering company so proactive in supporting its customers and providing a very cost effective product in conjunction with a first class on time delivery service. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Ordered a garden multi tool at a very good game price, delivery was next day. Central Scotland. Pleased with the value for money of the product. Minutes to put together and started easy with a few pulls from new. Used once and works as should. Restarts with half pull when warm.
