I just HAD to contact you with immense thanks for delivery of our items. Yesterday we ordered a pair of Tailgate Gas Struts for our Skoda Yeti, and today they arrived and so were immediately fitted to the car.
The young gentleman (Robin/Robert) who took my call couldn't have been more helpful. I was concerned whether I was ordering the correct type for the car and the year. I need not have worried. Robin checked EVERYTHING which was so reassuring, and even said if I had any difficulties fitting the Struts, all I had to do was telephone him and he would talk me through the entire procedure. Now, that is GOOD SERVICE.

As reliable as the equipment they sell
I bought a set of car dollies before for our son in law and was buying him another set which were out of stock. I contacted them to ask to be told when they were back. I had an immediate response and an answer. The goods are dispatched immediately, securely packaged and their couriers actually do deliver next day, unlike some.
Great service, brilliant prices and quick delivery, what more could you ask for. SGS is the first place I look at for products. Would 100% recomm
I needed to find a replacement part for a boot strut that had corroded over the years but had no idea what I needed. I took photos and sent them over to Tom, who was able to identify the parts and provide me with links for the correct replacements. The parts were inexpensive and of high quality - I have just fitted them today. Great service throughout.
Only just begun using SGS and will definitely use repeatedly. The replacement gas rams are 'Nitrolft' whom I have used before and are so much better than other brands. Just received an SGS wheeled petrol generator - cant wait to unbox it and put that to use. Thoroughly recommend SGS. Cheers, Phil.

Very rapid delivery, good communication and exceptional on line information/instruction for chainsaw. Early days but so far saw excedes expectations for ease of starting( a major recurrent problem with my existing high end brand) and power/performance. Amazing low price, about a third of that of my previous machine. Reliability/durabiilty remains to be seen but so far looks like bargain of the year. I'll definitely post again good or bad after a few months of use. After a weekend of heavy use on large (45cm plus)hard and soft logs chain still very sharp
