The customer service at SGS Engineering has got to be the worst I have ever experienced bar none. They send out the wrong parts that dont even match the advert or reciept, then refuse to pay return postage. They fob you off, dont return phone calls, lie and treat customers like idiots. What an arrogant bunch of scammers. Dont take my word for it. Take a look at some of thier other reviews.

Good quality product, well engineered. Worked well straight out of the box. Lighting quick free delivery. That to me means they care about their customers.
Have purchased a number of pieces of equipment over the years and have always found SGS staff helpful, the products are well made, good value for money and I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. Items included 2.5 ton jack, axle stands, wheel chocks, latest is 24 ltr. Air compressor and associated tools/toolboxes.
Service, product, and communication couldn't have been better. Fast efficient delivery, a minor problem sorted immediately, a technical question answered by return. I would defiantly use again and recommend to others
Very easy ordering, good website for what Your looking for can be filtered. Fast despatch & delivery 5*, brought 2 tonne low access trolley jack +case & 4× 4 tonne axle stands, must admit jack smaller than antecipated, but lifts cars ok, case very poor quality, struggled to fit in case, then securing log broke off after about 4 uses & rubber on lifting beam split on first use as well as optional extra rubber pads on stands split in half when supporting vehicle on sill jacking points, but a good product for price, but if looking for regular use would consider maybe a pricier option.
After the gas struts on our caravan roof light, (Heki) failed, we looked for replacements. The original items were £45 EACH. The replacements from SGS were half that price and are of a much better quality than the originals, far more substantial.
Delivery was also very fast. They were sent Royal mail 48 hour.

Just lifted my renault trafic van full of tools looked to see if had started to lift and then saw it was already off the floor absolutely no effort required just realised what a rubbish jack i was using before from halfords.
Must say on a personal note you know when you open something and use it for the first time and it puts a smug smile on your face because you know you chose the right product out of all the rest available well i was that person.
Ordered boot struts for Lexus IS250, they were delivered before knew it to Belfast. No extra postage charges which is a pet hate of mine. Fitted in 15 mins with a screwdriver a pair of pliers and a you tube video! Saved me a fortune over Lexus prices. Works perfectly. Can't recommend SGS enough.

After chatting with a member of the team i ordered one of your 50 L compressors with a starter kit and a nail / stapler gun. Delivery was very fast one day. Put it together only took 5 minutes tested it working fine needed sime air in my tires. Exilant sevice would recommend.
After a few phone calls enquiring about replacement struts for my car, I finally took the plunge and bought from SGS. So very glad I did, Struts fitted perfectly without any hassle and they lift the tail gate with ease. I did make another call to their help line as I wasn't sure about one aspect of the fitting. However I got nice clear information which led to a quick replacement. Brilliant guys top marks
After looking round for a 50lt compressor the SGS website told me everything I needed to know with full in-depth spec at a great price. Once ordered it came the next day with great delivery info and very well, safe packing. Would defiantly use aging. Very happy.
As always a sarcastic reply blames everyone instead of being honest. Why dont you see bad reviews on there website,? It looks like me as there dont permit anyone to post one, I believe that is very misleading and dishonest to coustomers I am sure a judge will se it the same way in court
It is refreshing to find a company that not only provide great products at a great price, but one that also provides excellent customer service. We ordered a large amount of various machinery and one box had a small part missing.
Customer Service answered the phone within two rings, apologised for the error and promptly shipped the missing part. It doesn't get better than that.
Bought a generator, the carburettor was sheered off and broken part not in box. As we had it delivered to Ireland we asked if they would pay for the repair as it was much cheaper than collecting it for repair. They sent the part out to us, my husband is a disabled pensioner and neither of us felt we could do the repair ourselves. We are now left with further costs to have it professionally repaired. I can not recommend this company to anyone.
Easy to navigate website with a good range of tools and equipment. Ordered a toolbox and as promised on the website it was delivered the next day. Not had a chance to assemble yet but as for a company I'd use again based on my experience so far and having read other reviews.
This 24 liter air compressor is ideal for my backyard workshop. It is light fills quickly relatively quiet. It is easily moved and stored. Very happy. It's great when my experience of SGS engineering lives up to the reviews I read.
A quality strimmer with great power and ease of use. Fast delivery i ordered and it was delivered the next day which was great seeing as I was trying to get my garden done before the rain. Previously used a strimmer for twice the price and this beats it hands down. The prices are hard to beat and will be back in the future for other items

We've had our stainless steel tool bench for nearly 2months now and I'm still as impressed with it as much as when we received it. Easy to keep clean and keep organised. Communication was excellent (rang to enquire about delivery and even tho they use different delivery company, they rang to find out for us). Will be buying another unit from them soon so would definitely recommend them based on my previous purchase.
