Sendle was significantly less inexpensive than any other package delivery service I enquired about. The website is easy to navigate and the quotes are instant and not followed up with an annoying unnecessary email. Pick up and drop off was hassle free as you don't have to be there in person at either end. Delivery time was quick. I highly recommend Sendle!

Terrible -this is the worst parcel pick up i have ever encountered. Booked NOV 2 - no pick up still on NOV 13. Your automated answers do nothing for me as a customer - really disillusioned- I've had 2 previous parcel sent with sendle that were very good.
So 12 days later i still don't know when it will be picked up
Im too scared to reschedule- does that send me to back of line.
Not satisfied with anything - I can't even give you a star the only way i do this is to get it sent

Avoid Sendle at all costs. Deliveries that should take days end up taking weeks. Their customer service is useless because they outsource to third parties so they have no idea where the parcel is and keep making promises they do not keep. Sendle is trash.

I tried Sendle for 5x parcels and unfortunately not were delivered in a timely manner. Unfortunately courier companies such as Couriers Please that Sendle uses leave packages sit in their depots for up to 7 days before they move. I gave Sendle a try to reduce costs but for the dollar or two saved, I have gone back to Australia Post, Express Post where delivery is withing 1-2 days.
Explained that the Sendle experience was not a fast service. I said fair enough but that's actually what businesses require these days
To reduce freight charges. However poor delivery times are detrimental to our business as our customers don't want to wait over a week for their product

Unfortunately, the Melbourne parcel was not picked up from the School - after 2 x days of waiting. Many other businesses in the Abbotsford Convent use sendle - including companies in the building right next to us! I'm uncertain of what the issues was as there was PLENTY of access - a Main Gate and entrance to the precinct is very clear.
Usually, I drop off parcels and will continue to do so from now on.

We booked four pickups from the same address all going to the same place. Issue #1 I guess is why can't this be four parcels on the one consignment - but alas, it is four separate consignments. Instructions to the driver clearly said that the office was behind the garage. Two attempts to collect are marked futile. No attempt to ring in order to clarify the instructions. We have revised the instructions to advise the driver to ring when he arrives, not attempt to collect from the house and to go the office behind the garage. Hopefully he gets it right this time.

They never attempt deliver, they just text you that they "missed you" and direct you to another shady business (pack & send) to pick it up. I had two deliveries with Sendle in the past few months and both of them had the same outcome. At normal times it would mostly be annoying, but given my multiple chronic health conditions, it puts me in direct risk as I am not supposed to leave the house. The local pack & send (Coburg VIC) is run by a nasty, abusive owner as well, with no sense of keeping his business COVID safe (in addition to yelling and abusing at customers - I have it on video). This is the experience in store for you as well if you live around Coburg and are unfortunate enough to have something sent with this sham company.
I have been annoyed with their agents for months now. A lot of our parcels has been going missing, being left outside the gate which are being stolen and they don't do justice on their service. The most ridiculous I ever got was this week's incident so far. Customer's parcel has not been delivered for almost a month already. Now, I asked to conduct investigation to find it. It took them 10 days, they did find it. The worst thing is that they wanted our customer to collect in Dubbo, customer is based in Bakers Swamp. Like, are they serious? Asking a customer for 2 hours just to pickup a package which was supposedly delivered is ridiculous! Second point, you could have chosen a depot nearest to his house instead you chose a 1hr drive.
Point 3, they are saying they cannot deliver to our customer's address. Then why the hell are you accepting orders from your site using that address if you are not able to deliver? FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest!
Not only time wasted, as with money, stress and energy. ALL THE TIME.

Had a parcel picked up and sent out for delivery the next day, only to find that on the tracking it said that it was undelivered, even though I was home. They then tried a few hours later and had the same update. When this happened I sent an email enquiring about the issue. The following day they tried another 2 times, both with the same outcome. Getting pretty frustrated, I wanted some contact with Sendle as they had not gotten back to me, only to find out there was no phone number to call! I sent a message to them through Facebook but still no response. It was only after I had publicly commented on their Instagram post that I had any sort of contact with Sendle, days after the first contact I had made. Finally got to emailing them, and was then told it would take 1-2 days to re-deliver the parcel. I asked if there was any way it could come before the weekend as I had been waiting for days at this point, and their response was that there is no guarantee. I finally got my parcel today, after the 5th attempt and 6 days after the first delivery attempt when it should have arrived. Do not use Sendle, if anything goes wrong with the delivery process, their customer support is very much lacking, with no phone number to ring, no response from direct messages, and an email turnaround time of 2 days, unless you negatively comment on their Instagram post like I did (and many others too. It seems I am far from the only person with this sort of issue with Sendle).
Even though the cost feels a little high, it is on par with most other delivery services for small businesses. The site makes sending a parcel a piece of cake, they have always been reliable, fast and efficient. After 200 shipments the price will come down a bit so hopefully I can keep using them and bring my cost of shipping down to a price that I can work into my online orders to increase overall sales!

I had twice bad experiences with Sendle.
Once they came to collect the parcel at 7:00am when is 1 hour earlier than the timeframe. The courier didn't press the door bell inform me of their arrival. That made my parcel delay.
Last Friday they scheduled to pick up my parcel from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. I started to chase up the collection from 1:00 pm and sent about 20 emails. Eventually they told me they had re-schedule to next business day, when next Monday 14 Dec 2020. Today I started to chase my collection at around 8:00 am. There is no any attempt of collection. Terrible.
90% picked up next day.
Hassle free. Very fair prices and drivers in my area are friendly.

For two years I've used Sendle and have been very happy with the service. The price, reliability and ease of booking was good. Recently, with no notice, I went to book a pick up and was advised that the HS Code of my item (a magnesium supplement) was no longer permitted and I therefore couldn't book the courier. There was no explanation offered or assistance to address the situation. This essentially cancelled my business unless I could arrange for a different courier company. This I have now done and therefore no longer am a Sendle client.

This is a change that our courier partner for international orders, DHL, has applied for international orders. We find that many parcels are being returned to the sender as these fall under DHL's prohibited items unknowingly. By implementing a stricter rule for HS codes, these allows DHL to only process what can be sent internationally.

If I could give this poor excuse for a company a 0 or a negative score I would. Their customer service is a joke. They claim to have attempted to deliver my item which is an straight out lie. I work in a corporate office with a large mailing room. I raised my concerns to Sendle support and they could not provide a suitable reason as to why I didn't receive my item. They then told me they would attempt a re-delivery. It's been 6 business days and still no item. It's stuck in Melbourne, coincidentally the same city it needs to be delivered too.
I've sent a number of items via Sendle. My parcels are received promptly. The cost is reasonable and items arrive in one piece.
Very satisfied. Will continue to use Sendle when needed.

I've been using Sendle for a few weeks now, wish I had read up on their reviews before I used them. Some deliveries go smoothly, but others are just sent to their 'Agent' and thus they no not deliver door to door. Might be cheap, but not worth putting your business reputation at risk. Will not refund.

I had four failed delivery attempts and no one from the company reached out to say something was wrong with the delivery notes. Upon realising this I had to chase the company up. You cannot call them and they take 1-2 business days for all responses. I never actually received my item. Do not use them!
Been on eBay since 2008 and never heard of Sendle. Claimed it was delivered around 2pm yet no package exists anywhere. This is an apartment complex and the deliverer probably just dropped it off wherever. And YES my specific apartment number was included on the address also.

Since I moved into the UK 2019, I have struggled with maintaining a good hair, I braid sometimes but mostly use wigs. I have never gone outside with my natural hair. As an African I want to be proud of my natural hair anytime in respective of the country I find myself. My hairs breaks and falls and the side edges of my hair are almost gone. So when when saw adovz I decided to give it a try, I believe this is a wise decision and choice I have made. I have taken a photo of Before and I have started using the products, I bought the complete set. Will be I observing it, I believe in 3 months I will take another photo and see the changes. Every time I have packages for collection your driver either does not come and/or lies that the package was not available. On Many occasions they have picked all the packages first sent an email that pickup was successful and later the same day said it was unsuccessful citing 1 of 3 packages to the same customer was unavailable which once again is a lie
They take too long to solve the problem which has annoyed the customer who then refuses to buy my product because of poor delivery. More importantly the same problem keeps recurring.
I was impressed with their false promises and advertising only to find out they are very inefficient
