The customer service rep I spoke with was not the issue. They were very helpful. My problem is I am trying to cancel the membership before I am charged another 40$ on the 9th of October. I was extremely drunk and stoned when I signed up for the free trial, didn't even remember doing it and 24 hours later my account was overdrawn. I don't use the service snd have no interest in keeping it. The customer service rep told me I needed some 8-9 digit ID number that was sent to me in an email when I signed up. I checked all of my email addressess, looked at each email from the day i signed up until 4 days after that and cannot locate it. It sounded like I cannot cancel without that number and I have no idea where to get it. I can provide any other info needed, I just need this canceled before I'm charged again. I'm not working right now and a 40 dollar charge plus another 35$ overdraft fee is going to put me in a very bad spot. Please cancel my membership, thank you
