Payed in full. Got nothing in return

I payed for a private chat in stripchat. I never went to the room. The girl said she knew what happened but did nothing to get my tokens back. I lost almost 400 tokens and no one cares. Except me. These guys suck... I have been trying to find out how to get them back and all I get is the run around and a hard time.
