Not helpful customer service

I wanted to keep my subscription active and it was on auto-renew. I asked a question regarding keeping my old account active, and they just said that my bank declined the transaction. But I always get notifications from my bank when they do, and did not. No real attempt to answer my question or resolve the issue.

Customer Service was no help at all

Did not respond to the email when entered, then when I put in a paypal dispute, they said responded to that with "please reach out to us on our website". I then reached out on the website and got "because you put in a paypal dispute, we can't do anything about it." Why tell me on paypal to reach out on the website, just to say you can't help me?

What is that a scam?

First of all, I i contacted you and told you to cancel it a a few hours afterwards. I have the email where you confirm or your company. Anyways confirms the cancellation that I will not be charged any longer. Now, a few days later, you guys send me an email. Thanking me and hoping that each future transaction will be satisfactory. How can there be any future transactions? When I canceled it. I will be directing my bank.
That I did not approve any transaction. Other than the initial. Before this, I was actually a little surprised.
And it was refreshing to actually come across a porn site that doesn't try to scam you. But here we are so one star, and if I see any transaction is being tried on my account, I will make sure to post in all my Reddit forms and all the. Review sites about how horrible Segway is. Thanks alot

Unauthorized charges

I was charged 119 dollars when I only agreed to pay a one time charge of 29 dollars. That's what I get for signing in on any porn site. They would do well if they would run their businesses honestly. They pray on men because of the human males burden with testosterone. I think you were comforting to me by the immediate response to my situation. You took care of the issue and relieved my stress. Thanks for your help.

Hassle and difficult to handle

For several days I tried to stop my order because the download didn't work. According to the advertisement I was supposed to have three days. But even though I refused my order within 24 hours, I have been charged for a service I don't have or can't use.

Terrible customer service.

I called because my payment was declined and they said they would escaslate it and it would take 1 to 2 business days. Several days later I called to check on it, and they said it had never been escalated. So I called back a few days later, and the same thing.

Unauthorized charge not resolved

There was an unauthorized charge on one of my cards that I do not use by this company. I don't know who this company is with. I have tried to reach out to customer service and within the last couple weeks they have still not responded to me or they keep sending an automated email to me, which is not helpful.

In all fairness it may not be Segpays staffs fault that I still cannot purchase credits from UKFlirtZone however the problem still exists that I cannot buy credits from this site. It would have been nice to be told that there didn't seem to be a problem at their end but the staff will pass it on to whoever deals with it elsewhere. I'm in limbo at the moment having fired off numerous emails with a vague promise that they will be dealt with within 3 days.

Total disaster

I paid £40 through Segpay for credits on an online site. They took my £40.00 but got no credits. I have been emailing them to try and resolve but to no avail. They have recently came back to me saying they have resolved this BUT I neither gotten my money back or credits returned

Failed to do as asked

I contacted asking about an unknown charge, I was told what the charge was for. That part was fine. I then requested that the subscription was cancelled, I received no answer and I was recently charged again. I was also told that a refund was being/had been processed and I haven't received that either.

I asked for a refund as my subscription had already been canceled and continued to be debited from my account,
I received an answer from a Jerome. He doesn't seem very smart to me and only told me that the subscription is active and nothing more. Makes the impression of being quite $#*!ed.

No one can tell me how to restore my account. I used PayPal and they keep declining my payments. They needed a copy of my ID and cc#. I sent them my ID but I didn't use a CC, I used PayPal. So I don't know what else to do. This is ridiculous.
