I processed 2 x payment requests to my client which were paid within minutes however Payoneer have still not (almost 3 weeks now) processed my payments! Customer service is useless, they have no real answer as to why not do they give any time line indications. FRAUD! Please do not use this platform!
I had my payoneer account for the last few years until they decided to close my account for no reason, and they state that they can't share the reason why. I use the account to pay my remote contractor in another country, been working together for few years. This is unbelievable.
When a company grows, they pick and choose what type of customers they want but when they first started everyone is welcome, this is BS.

Charged "Annual Account Fee" of $29.95 roughly just for not having transaction of $2000 within a year! How ridiculous! You're cutting away $3 from each transaction, wasn't that enough! You're robbing away hard earning money of lower-middle class freelancers of fiverr in absence of competitors. Everything will be remembered & justice will be done one day.
The most ridiculous part is you announced the new rule 1-2 months ago, but charging fees now without reaching end of year!

My Payoneer Account was blocked because as described by the agent, I have multiple accounts.
The agent sounded so impatient, almost rude, and interrupts me while explaining my concern which made me feel a bit stupid.

So they rejected a payment then when I proceeded to contact them via live chat they told me I need to have 200 on my account to receive a new card and payments. Pray tell, how the hell am I supposed to have 200 for 1 new card if I cannot receive any payments if my card isn't renewed?

Payoneer is a major fraud. My account had over $95,000 and they suddenly blocked my account. Now they are not replying OR answering. I only get automated replies saying that they can't tell me the reason (I suspect its because I traded in Crypto but I did nothing illegal. I have all receipts, trades and am verified with ID, face, selfie etc)
I have come across other people as well who got their accounts blocked due to different reasons

STAY away. Find an alternate. Wise and Remitly are much better

I had an old account but I didn't use it very often. Then I had to get some payments so I could pay for university but as soon as I got a large amount from a relative, Payoneer locked my account. They asked for level 2, level 3 verification (again) which I sent and completed. Then I got an email my account has been disabled (blocked) and contact them. Been over 1 year, still waiting...
After that I can neither log in, nor get my money out!

I would give 2,5 stars but i do not have the option. First agent that handled my case was not able after 10 min to understand and solve my ishues. A simple double charge by an Atm from a foreign country. After 10 min of explaining i was feeling exhausted. Then she even hang up on me. The second agent handled the situation super fast and professionally. What can i say about customer care? I have really mixed feelings (fire and ice like). On the other hand Payoneer bank services are really good.

Very irresponsive service in terms of customer care and resolving issues in their systems.
They even don't reply or reply after weeks.
My account was blocked for no reason and I contacted them 5 times but their agents are not replying.
So, you guys stay away and find any other alternative.
I had a very uncomfortable situation trying to recover my Payoneer Virtual Card details
And tried chat and also the contact number to no avail, submitted an email. And luckily at the last minute, I was able to communicate effectively and efficiently with a Customer Care Rep. Who was very eager to resolve my issue and demonstrate knowledge, and was very confident. He was able to solve my issue in a timely manner, for which I am very grateful.

My account was blocked and no explanation was given. When trying to log int, the message "please contact us" appears. I have sent Payoneer 3 messages, and they all said they would get back to me in 2 business days. That didn't happened.
Part of my salary is received via Payoneer, and it's outrageous that a company can do this, give no reason for it, and then don't reply to someone that uses their service.

After 5 years of being with Payoneer, I"m considering leaving due to the fast deteriorating customer loop. It took me 4 calls to get one issue resolved. I finally spoke to someone who knew what she was doing. I guess Payoneer is going to try to save money by hiring call center staff with little or no training but it will eventually show in your numbers.
I was pleasantly and clearly greeting by representative. She repeated my concern to ensure she understood what my concern was and provided clear process to move forward. Appreciate that the wait time was not extensive as I was on the clock. Great service always!
