The only issue with the app is to get a representative to talk to or chat.

Payoneer is very helpful and I very much appreciate the customer service I get on a regular basis. However, I wish the funds receiving was much faster this time like other times.

I was trying to get a solution from about 6 months but no luck finally Jullie and Mary understood the problem and resolved very efficiently.

I've been facing issue for over 14 days, and some support team members were unable to resolve it. However, in the last communication, I was fortunate to speak with a support member who was very informative and resolved the issue within 24 hours. I only wish she had been present in the first communication with the Payoneer support team so that it could have been resolved sooner.
