They handled my need to cancel a payment or subscription perfectly well…and fast I would trust them in the future.
Tried to purchase a subscription. The website is out dated. The username portal was faulty. Then all I wanted to do was reset my password and username but had to wait for the emails to allow me to do that. And now I am trying to purchase the subscription again and it is telling my it is declined. I know I have money.
I used a certain website to purchase certain things and then realized after I hit pay I was charged three times for one transaction. Had to contact PayPal and my bank to cancel.
After taking my money no tokens recieved and its a fake and fraud site, kindy eithor give me tokens for the amount u have taken or refund my money back immediately

I paid for a subscription by accident and they refunded me as soon as could and understood my situation.
Added an extra subscription and then failed to cancel both in time so I ended up getting charged for a subscription that should have been cancelled.
You have showed a complete absence of customer service. I want someone to contact me directly to resolve my disappointment.

I believe that somehow somebody was able to hack and use my PayPal account. I have since secured my account. Unfortunately for me PayPal states they did not see malicious activity. That is hard to understand. There were charges in the same amount. At first I thought the charges were related to a music lesson I was going to purchase. I do appreciate you responding at least it was not an excessive amount of money.Hopefully I will not have any further issues.

I never got my money back from a fade click on the pay part. They emailed me many times but got nowhere. I'd still like my 16 dollars back.
Even after 3 to 4 messages my issue remains unresolved. I still have two charges show up on my credit card.
I charged be on Feb 4th which was okay. Then you charged me again on Feb 18th which was not ok. I only needed one month of subscription. I hope this is not a pattern with your company with other subscribers also.
You dismissed my reclaim as I made a mistake buying tokens. You don't hear your customers what is the first rule of a company. So I can tell I won't going to use again your $#*!y company.

Ticket #CS*******: after inquiring several time about missing credit on my cam4. Com account paid on monday 24 march at 10am from my Nickel credit card to cam4 through segpay. Segpay just told me that payment was rejected by my bank. Nickel confrimed otherwise: merchand plaform Segpay did received full amount (47,95€) withdraw from my credit card account.

Not good did not get refund but they canceled my script but that is fine but I wanted refund so that is not right
