I found your website efficient, professional & exciting, but I left,because I didn't feel the talk time I got for my £14.99 was anywhere near sufficient, or value for money, in time span! Thank you though, it was an experience although short lived! My apologies, to those ladies,I didn't follow up with,but if I come into sufficient funds,I'll be back, unfortunately my pay,commitments,utility bills, won't allow me that rapid expense. I'll date the old fashioned way. God Bless all & happy easter.
Horrible. Way to many extra steps to cancel an active subscription and was charged for one I didn't create. No idea if it's being fixed. This whole charge network is a scam. Please remove everything my accounts.
My experience with the live service agent was so unsatisfactory i could not believe what was being told to me but later on after the rating i gave her the company was immediately aware of the situation. Especially one that expects nothing but quality service of their emplyees and segpay administration was over the line on top of it! I would continue uaing them for future purchases. Thank you.

We are worried that these sensitive materials are not acceptable by everyone so we are afraid of being overcharged. The customer is shy to argue with the company then finally has to close the account. Both failed.

Seems how ever awnry I might be when I call your company, you keep a smile on your face and move forward undeterred and professional. I had my bank decline on my Adam4Adam subscription so I had to figure out when that happened & renew the subscription. You folks were very helpful even though my attitude at the moment was probably not very helpful. Thanks again!

I joined flirt for free and i spent £50 but after 2 weeks they blocked my account a refund was offered but i only got £23 of the £50 i spent i am disgusted with this my partner says they owe him over £1000 in a refund that he never got paid into his account instead they palmed him off with just 2 months money and he had been on the site 6 years they said they would pay upto 2 years but no longer but never did if i were you i wouold not have anything to do with vs3 they are a company that specia; lises in ripping people off apparently

For some reason, my card usage triggered a fraud alert with both my bank and the merchant. Merchant has a self=service portal which is fairly easy to use but although it was the last option in the escalation process, the portal didn't offer any information that woul. D effectivly resolve the issue. The information and functionality of the portal was essentially nothing more than a regurgitation of the issue.
You should be able to change my subscription within 6 hours of not realizing I. Hit the wrong button. Nympho is swallowed basically so I just wasted my money. You shouldn't represent these companies that don't have proper procedure.
I was unknowingly billed a lot for something I never signed up or authorized and they refunded me without hassle. The customer service rep was very understanding and kind. I feel safe ordering through SegPay.
P.S.
I would always recommend paying through PayPal for added protection...

It's probably best to call them for a refund instead of opening a ticket.

I'm very pleased with Segpay and their fast assistance to my problem. Though the credit has not been applied yet from PayPal which I think is where is issue started in the first place. I really want to thank Segpay for the outstanding work to get this issue moving to a final solution.

Things went well until they didn't - after years of no issues, Segpay cancelled my subscription account with no warning after my credit card expired. Would've happily updated the CC details to resolve the issue if given the opportunity, but instead they cancelled it right away. No warning, no grace period, no appeal - the only email I received was the cancellation confirmation. Cards expire all the time and every other account manager seems to be able to handle that transition without issue... not Segpay.
I am getting charged monthly for service I don't have and feel it's strange you want credit card info to stop transactions. This is Fraud
£3.00 Payment transaction took far to long to process through my PayPay account, I am still concerned that Segpay is a scam site.

The deduction made was not clear to me because of a very obscure description that did not ring any bells. Provided with code and invoice number it was switly cleared up. Posting a review through the other link I got proved impossible, cannot use my postal code and phone number, probably because some idiot doesn't understand the global economy and international codes and phone number.

After cancellion of the site called "The Classic Porn", I didn't received the full refund of US$95.26 to my Visa Card account after applied for it about a week ago.
Now, here's a photo of information directly from my internet bank site. It have the new and old Visa Card

I cannot look into my old canceled account for 2 reasons: 1) I think as of January 1st I'm no longer allowed into it since I canceled. 2) even if I could I have no idea what my username and password was in order to see how much money was in my account from customers. I know I had somewhere between. $24-$30 in there that I couldn't take out because it was below your minimum but now that I e canceled I've been trying to find out where that money is but no one seems to know.
The responses were prompt and all was handled to my liking. Couldn't be happier
