I wanted to keep my subscription active and it was on auto-renew. I asked a question regarding keeping my old account active, and they just said that my bank declined the transaction. But I always get notifications from my bank when they do, and did not. No real attempt to answer my question or resolve the issue.
Did not respond to the email when entered, then when I put in a paypal dispute, they said responded to that with "please reach out to us on our website". I then reached out on the website and got "because you put in a paypal dispute, we can't do anything about it." Why tell me on paypal to reach out on the website, just to say you can't help me?
First of all, I i contacted you and told you to cancel it a a few hours afterwards. I have the email where you confirm or your company. Anyways confirms the cancellation that I will not be charged any longer. Now, a few days later, you guys send me an email. Thanking me and hoping that each future transaction will be satisfactory. How can there be any future transactions? When I canceled it. I will be directing my bank.

For several days I tried to stop my order because the download didn't work. According to the advertisement I was supposed to have three days. But even though I refused my order within 24 hours, I have been charged for a service I don't have or can't use.
The people answering to e-mails could provide at least a "googmorning" at the beginning and a "best" at the end of the messages. I agree that you're selling adult services, but it is costless to be polite. Best, PG

I called because my payment was declined and they said they would escaslate it and it would take 1 to 2 business days. Several days later I called to check on it, and they said it had never been escalated. So I called back a few days later, and the same thing.
There was an unauthorized charge on one of my cards that I do not use by this company. I don't know who this company is with. I have tried to reach out to customer service and within the last couple weeks they have still not responded to me or they keep sending an automated email to me, which is not helpful.

Used Segway thru a website for a live feed purchase. PayPal as payment method. Was charged twice for the same transaction and PayPal activity shows two transactions. Segpay denied I was charged twice. Had to go back through PayPal to submit a case.

All went smooth. I had my account wrongly charge for a service I didn't - caused by the browser I was using, not by the Segpay service, and they promptly addressed it successfully. It was my first time using it, but I found it reliable.
First time it took hours to buy 1000 credits.
One day later dog touched cell phone and bought 1000 credits accidentally.
