I had a terrible experience. I was able to join Teamskeet regular membership no problem, but when I tried to upgrade to Premium Membership my card was declined. I tried this multiple times with the same results. I contacted both Teamskeet help center and Segpay help center but no one could figure out how to fix the problem, so I had to cancel my monthly membership in Teamskeet.

My Cam4 membership was cancelled with no notice because of a denied payment from my bank The unfortunate situation is that the automatic renewal came due the same day I lost my credit card and put it on hold incase someone tried to use it. This hold was only in effect for less than 30 hours as someone returned my wallet. What I think you SHOULD do in these situations is send a message saying that a payment was missed. I would have paid it then or asked you to resubmit the charges and all would have been fine but NO, and NOW because I contacted cam4 and complained to them, I have been permanently banned from their sight because of this 1 day credit card situation. I am NOT happy. I did not even get to set up a new account and the policy that you can not reopen an account once it is closed it ridiculous. ALL of this could have been prevented had you sent an email regarding the missed payment. You were able to send me an email AFTER the fact informing me of my suspended account but NOT an email allowing me to make right the payment problem.

I am repeatedly invouced for subscriptions that I have not ordered. I would expect Segpay to prevent that your services are used for fraudulous billing. I have reported this multiple times.

Segpay took several withdrawals out of my account - and is refusing to cooperate with me to return the unauthorized charges. I have tried to work with Segpay on this issue, and they simply refuse to acknowledge that they took any money at all! I have lost close to $50 because of Segpay, and I've gotten zero amount of cooperation from Segpay! I SUGGEST TO ANYONE - DO NOT DO ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES SEGPAY! They are a disreputative company!
