Helpful Pointing to right place.

All smooth

All went smooth. I had my account wrongly charge for a service I didn't - caused by the browser I was using, not by the Segpay service, and they promptly addressed it successfully. It was my first time using it, but I found it reliable.

I went to pay w/PayPal as usual and get a message in red caps the transaction was denied. Try alternate method. I did, & it also was declined. WTF? I do not get it. ALL my bills are paid, I own my home & truck and

Double charged support was unhelpful

Used Segway thru a website for a live feed purchase. PayPal as payment method. Was charged twice for the same transaction and PayPal activity shows two transactions. Segpay denied I was charged twice. Had to go back through PayPal to submit a case.

I asked for a fairly simple, straightforward breakdown of the payment. Because what they are charging me is $3-$4 MORE than the site itself has outlined. It is VERY disconcerting that your Representatives have literally no idea how or why they are charging the amount they are. Inability to respond to such a simplistic inquiry, speaks to whether or not your actually trustworthy.

Subpar customer service

Very short reply just stating that they cannot help me. Unwilling to offer any alternative. Very disappointed in their level of customer service. There is no way that it is actually true that there isn't a way to refund at all

No Help at all

I canceled a subscription, 'Girlsway', in Time and got a confirmation from Segpay. Regardless, I was debit next time.
I told it Segpay. Simple Auswertung "this is true, but we can't Do anything. Please tell 'Girlsway' "
So the only help was: "we can't help"

Charged twice accidentally

First time it took hours to buy 1000 credits.

One day later dog touched cell phone and bought 1000 credits accidentally.

Could you please reverse the 2nd 1000 credits as I don't need them for now. Thank you!
