I am paying money for a service that doesn't even work
Someone used my credit card illegally, did not refund my purchase but said I would not be charged the next monthly membership subscription. That does not make any sense
I requested that the user name on my account be changed from *******@shaw.ca to *******@shaw.ca this was NOT done and an email was sent to the old user name email which I specifically asked to NOT happen. Please make the change as requested!

I canceled my subscription last year after using the app for about a month and I kept the app on my phone until my subscription ran out. As soon as I deleted the app (a day before the subscription was set to expire) the app charged me for a renewal. I reached out, and costumer service had literally no help to give and nothing to say. Needless to say, I regret experimenting with this app and I'm very unhappy with my experience.
Customer service was keep saying, it was an issue with Epoch, while the authorization / payment was from Segpay. They did a lot of push back and wanted to escalate the case for no reason. A lot of email exchanged. The seller didn't provide any Purcharse ID (it has been provided by Segpay on my 2nd email address, but it was never mentioned by Segpay or in the Seller FAQ).
Seller FAQ also didn't explained how to unsubscribe an automatic payment for those who paid with Paypal.
At the end, I was able to remove the automatic payment from Paypal, and I delete my account with the seller again. I never want to deal with Segpay or Epoch again.
If I could just keep buying the 2 day access I'll do it all the time. It was everything I was hoping for if not better. I surely will be back to purchase again.
When I signed up the price said $14/year. But the next next I get a message talking about a recurring charge of $16/month. What's up with that?
